I am a Gold Member and have spent thousands of dollars with your store over the past year. I recently attempted to return or exchange a children’s hat and glove set that I purchased last week, but the manager refused because the tags had been removed.nnI was disappointed to learn that this condition was not clearly stated on the receipt at the time of purchase. Instead, I was told to check the website for the return policy, which I found unreasonable and frustrating.nnAs a loyal customer, I expected a much better level of service and a more customer-focused approach. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and unfortunately it has made me reconsider shopping with your store in the future.
Lisa and MJ from the bra section were amazing and kind. I personally hate bra shopping but gave me an excellent recommendation for what I needed. Can confirm, after using the bra a few times. Their suggestion suited well. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness!
I visited Myers Joondalup WA on the 8th of May 2026 at 3pm.nI was flying out the next day and wanted to get a bra fitting and purchase some bras.nI approached the counter where 2 sales assistants were helping one shopper. I waited for a while and was finally acknowledged.nI said I needed a fitting and was told no we don’t do that. I was surprised as I had got a fitting a few months back at Myers in the cbd.nVery Disappointed with the lack of service I went into Bras and Things in the shopping centre to be welcomed, bra fitting and amazing customer service. I bought some bras and under wear and left very happy.nMyers your services has dropped and I will not be returning.
Sales lady in benefit department attitude was very bad. I went over to grab benefit brow gel and literally only said “Can I grab this one” she took it and went to counter, no further communication.nI had birthday voucher to use and took cash to pay additional, I pointed bigger size though but she scanned smaller one, then I reminded her I wanted bigger but she told me I’ll lose my discount if she have to change the transaction and there’s nothing she can do after. Why should I get smaller one if I get better value for bigger ones, I was not happy then she started arguing I asked for small, there was no communication as I mentioned earlier, she kept defending saying she did asked and I replied small but later she changed her story saying I didn’t listened to her, she had to call the senior staff over later and helped me sort out. Very bad attitude as there’s clearly surveillance there and she can realise later that she didn’t asked anything and straight away picked up a smaller one with her delusional assumption and was very wrong of her to argue with a customer like that. Get your mind sorted and don’t defend your self with customer, try being polite and apologise as I work in customer service too and I know how to be nice with customer.
