I had items to return and also collect. The staff member was so friendly and patient with me. I also went to the Clinique counter, where another lovely staff member found the right foundation for my skin. It was a special experience for me as I am disabled and I don't venture out to shopping centres very often.
A large and clean store with a good range of products. However the pricing is far from transparent. Make sure you take photos of promotional signs for when you get to the till - I found that discounts e.g. 30% off underwear when you buy 2 or more wasn’t automatically be applied until I specifically asked, which I found rather sneaky.
Joondalup Bra Department.nnI am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service my mother and I received at the Joondalup store on Saturday, 5th April, specifically in the bra department.nnWe made a two-hour journey from down south to purchase post-surgery bras for my mother, trusting in Myer’s reputation for professional service and complimentary fittings. Unfortunately, the staff member who served us, Maria, informed us abruptly that bra fittings are not done on weekends. This was both surprising and frustrating, especially considering fittings take only a few minutes and are typically offered every day.nnDue to this lack of support and assistance, we were forced to guess the correct size and purchased around $70 worth of bras. We later discovered through a local store near our home — who gladly conducted a fitting on a Saturday — that the bras we purchased were the wrong size. This meant we had to make the return journey back to Joondalup to return the items.nnWhen we returned, we were served by a helpful and understanding staff member who informed us that bra fittings are offered every day at Myer, including weekends. This only added to our frustration, as the initial experience appears to have been the result of laziness or lack of care from the original staff member.nnThis experience not only caused us inconvenience, but also demonstrated a lack of basic customer service — especially toward someone in a vulnerable post-operative state. Had we been treated with more care and professionalism, the entire situation could have been avoided.nnI hope you take this feedback seriously and address the matter appropriately with the staff involved. Customers, especially those making significant efforts to shop in-store, deserve better.
Today I bought a facial product. Unfortunately know one helped me with paying for the product. So, I saw a lovely lady called Linda in the ladies clothing department. She was so lovely and helpful. You kneed more people like Linda Myers.
Nicholas in the Cambridge suit section is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for putting up with me and my best man to get us wedding ready!
