Hi I went to David Jones at Karrinyup to the Elizabeth Arden Counter and was helped by a lovely lady named Hayley.Hayley took her time to explain the eight hour range which I love and how there is one for sensitive skin which I did not know.Hayley also gave me other samples to try as well.Hayley gives great customer service and is a delight to desk with.I would definitely recommend Hayley to other customers for all skincare and makeup advice.Congratulations to Anne the manager of Elizabeth Arden at Karrinyup David Jones your counter is the best will definitely be back.

Me and My equally shopping phobic husband went shopping in the men's department yesterday. We were served by a lovely lady Barbara ( happy birthday for Monday Barbara). Barbara knew when to assist and when we were simply deliberating. She offered choices from various designers based on fit etc. My husband is now ready for the next season and has clothes that actually fit. He is very happy with his purchases. Thank you Barbara.

Boxing day sale ppffff!! No service! Nobody in the department to serve any of the four customers waiting. When we did get someone's attention she fobbed us off with "oh that's not my department". You winge about poor sales but don't care to service your customers! Online shopping wins!!!

I walked up to the counter in the shoe department & stood behind a customer waiting to be served. It was clearly evident to anyone that I was waiting to be served next. In the meantime, another customer also walked up to the counter with a shoe in her hand, & stood next to the lady waiting to be served. There was only 1 sales assistant at the counter & she knew who was next in line to be served. The 1st customer was served, then another sales assistant walked up to the counter, & instead of asking who was next, just served the other customer anyway. The assistant already at the counter made no effort to correct the other assistant on who was next. All I had was a simple question...Complete non-existent customer service by both sales staff...I don't normally shop in your store & now I remember why..,

Every time I go to buy a cosmetic item (Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Clinique, Ella Bache) there are no staff in these departments who know the product and can give advice. Instead I'm told , 'I work for a different product and am not familiar with the one you want'. I then go to Myer who are always well staffed. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
