Tried to buy a pair of shoes to my daughter, but all sizes were mixed and all type of shoes were just here and there. Went there at 5:30pm on a Friday, more staff should be on roster to fix this mess for the customers.nnOf course some customers should have common sense and put the shoes back once tried on but clearly you can see that there is an over load of shoes.nNever again, I’ll keep going to Wanneroo
A big thanks to Dani for her wonderful customer service. The item I wanted wasn't on the shelf so when I asked her about it she said she'd look out the back. After searching she found what I was looking for. The excellent service provided by Dani was very much appreciated. Thank you Debbie
Would just like to say a big thankyou to Jackson. Was in store at Mirrabooka and couldn't find any of the three items I was looking for. I approached the Service Desk and after calling for assistance and with no response from other staff members, Jackson took it upon himself to locate everything I needed. I was so grateful for his help. He deserves some recognition for his great customer service.
BOYCOTT KMARTnncheckouts are not disabled friendlynnwaiting for assistance often takes agesnnnot going back until they employ locals at the checkoutnnautomatic checkouts will sometimes scan something without a barcode like your keys and phone resulting in having to wait for an operatornnautomatic checkouts also take longer because you when you do have to wait on an operator, they are more than often a DEI hire and are usually clueless and want to tell you about their day or their medical condition
Don't expect this store to pick your order correctly. Supplied wrong size lids to storage containers. Realy messed up my house move. No compensation offered for the inconvenience.
