Great selection of products. Always new items. However, the last time I visited (last week), it was disappointing and insulting. I went to return a few items I had bought before Christmas. There was one guy (I've seen him work there several times) serving at check-out. I waited patiently at his check-out exit with my items while he served three customers who were already in line. He made eye contact with me and saw that I was holding a "Reject Shop" bag along with the receipt. I was expecting him to call me to the counter once he was done with those three customers. By then. four more people had lined up and he continued to serve them. He continued to serve TWELVE people in total. I just let it be. There were no more people. What did he do? He closed the counter, didn't acknowledge me and walked-off. Another young female staff member came soon afterwards and opened a second check-out. I walked straight up to her and said that I wanted to return the items for a refund. She grunted a little and processed the refund. She then summoned her superior to authenticate the refund. At which point, I said to the young staff member that she has not scanned all items - one was missing. She made a face - and then adjusted the refund for the correct amount! Deplorable service from BOTH staff members - the male and the female. I would describe what the male staff member looked like because of his ethnicity. However, that may seem like I'm being racist, so I won't.
