As far as a department store is concerned, this one comes with a little extra. The top floor has significant bargains for various items that no longer deserve to be sold at full price. While other department stores are loathe to create such a space, keeping the price of undeserving items artificially high, this store is not afraid to offer you real bargains. Better still, the idea of displaying all these items on the same floor is excellent. The space on the top floor is very efficient and so much better than its distant "bargain basement" cousin.

Good quality of product, pay what you get.... A bit pricy obviously. Food court is small but good for affordable prices with good value. The wine area has good wines but too expensive, staff is not qualified at all. Better go to a proper wine shop

Everything in here is crazy expensive for literally no reason, it's actually baffling to me. Just go to Myers or Target instead? I guess it's good if you're after fancy dinner-ware but otherwise it's just the exact same branded items but with a 30% mark-up. One star added from 2 stars because they still sell Yorkshire gold blend tea here which is the only reason I visit at all... Can't find it anywhere else in Perth or WA.

Super friendly staff and a great range. Got hello's from staff as they walked by and even got help finding clothes that would suit me. Had a great chat and would definitely go back to shop again. Awesome job, seriously great customer service!

This is one of the smaller stores although it does have all of the usual departments including soft furnishings.Store is relatively cramped and dated with stocked tables crowding the Isles. Good range of stock as you would expect from this Department Store and staff are friendly and helpful .
