Breannah was literally the most helpful person and had my request completed in less than 15 mins Prior to this I had spent time on the phone to unhelpful rude Telstra employee that told me my request was not going to happen. Thanks Breannah for restoring my faith in Telstra @AndyPenn she needs a pay rise
15 minutes late, despite having an appointment. The fact that telstra shops are so understaffed that you need an appointment to buy stuff off them in the first place speaks volumes about how this company treats it's customers!
Had a complicated order to process, and the staff were helpful and polite, even though the process took a bit longer than anticipated. Would definitely go back!
Disappointed with the service quality here. Was here to order the Pixel 5 advise me to order online as shop could not facilitate the order. Ordered the phone online, haven't received the new phone and my existing service got cut off. Attempt to get my sim back online long wait times with multiple staff chit chatting and unable to assist me, I tried to avoid busy period and was there at 10am still no one could be bothered to assist me quickly. Asked how much longer I had to wait, which have already been 10 mins. Another 10 mins before I could be served when clearly there were staff not assisting other customers... Would not go back to this store.
I went in at 4pm on a Friday to check if a particular mobile phone supported 2 SIM and SD card at same time. Sales man immediately said up front if I'm looking for a new plan then come back another time because they can't do new plans after 4pm. After I explained what I wanted, I had to ask him to open up the SIM tray to review slots. When looking at the tray, he was covering up the slots with his fingers, I had to ask him to show clearly. One of the slots looked to be filled with plastic. I asked if they had a SIM card we can insert to test, he didn't reply. After a bit of back and forth and he returns SIM tray he Google's the phone spec and says yes, it's duel SIM and supports two SIM and SD at same time information that I had already found before visiting the store but I know it's unreliable. The very moment I said thanks he turns away and heads back to his desk. The next day I bought the phone from a different Telstra store. When I attempted to insert the second SIM, it didn't fit ... then I noticed the Telstra website and manufacture website says nothing about duel SIM ... the phone was NOT duel SIM. Very unhappy customer.
I was here today , trying to replace my broken phone for a new iPhone 13 , although my problem was not resolved , overall the staff on shift was patient and respectful. They do value customer Thanks team keep it up
Stuff not very good went to the shop to get a sim, the shops closes at 5pm and this was 4pm they had like five customers and four stuff members, I got told to come back tomorrow
Fantastic Service from all staff . Angus is a standout. He sorted a major issue for me in 10 minutes.
Complex scam like plans and deals, outdated technology and apps that barely function. I wish we had China Mobile instead.
