Apple Australia may need to review the performance and operations of their Perth store team.nFirstly, the staff member responsible for greeting customers and checking them in for appointments was standing all the way at the back wall, showing a noticeably slow and disengaged attitude. This made the check‑in process feel unwelcoming and inefficient.nSecondly, on Monday the 23rd, I interacted with one of the sales staff in the Apple Watch section Asian male, and the experience was disappointing. He appeared to have very limited product knowledge and only repeated basic information that is already available on the website. This raises concerns about the purpose of having sales staff on the floor if they cannot provide added value or informed guidance. Furthermore, it has been a minimum of 15 mins wait from the actual genius appointment but the technicians are helpful once I talk to them.nI strongly recommend additional training and a review of the team’s on‑floor operations to ensure customers receive the level of service expected from Apple.

My phone had water damage, and they provided a perfect solution for my situation.nnThe staff were professional, patient, and very kind throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring.nnI truly appreciate their support and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
I was surprised the store wasn’t particularly busy for this time of year. When I walked in, I was clearly looking for assistance and noticed several staff members standing free near the wall chatting and laughing together. I made direct eye contact with one nearby staff member who appeared available. We locked eyes, and he quickly turned his head and walked away, which was frustrating. There were also no staff positioned at the front counter, and while I waited, the same group of staff continued chatting.nnThat said, one female staff member had just finished assisting another customer and came straight over to help me, which I appreciated. The click and collect staff member was also cheerful and helpful, and the click and collect service itself was fast and convenient.nnOverall, mixed feelings. The click and collect process was excellent, but the lack of proactive customer engagement on the floor let the experience down.

I had a very positive experience there when I had a faulty iPad. A shout out to the technician, Kim, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained all of the scenarios that would depend on the diagnostic information. As it was, the iPad needed replacing and approval was given for issue of a new one from their store. If the iPad had been repairable I would have been expecting a 7 day turnaround which would also have been very reasonable.nHint - if possible it is best to arrive early as it gets very busy quickly for reference, I arrived there shortly after 9am on a Saturday.
