The technician helped fix my keyboard. It wasn’t a major issue, but I really appreciate the service provided and how quickly it was completed. He was very professional in handling the repair, and my laptop was kept secure and locked, so my data remained protected. I’m happy with the service. However, keep in mind that appointments need to be made in advance.
Top notch customer service by Christina sorry if I spell it wrong at the Genius Bar! She was very kind, listening, had empathy, and handle the problem very quick. Will definitely recommend this store and hope she will always have a bright happy day and warm delicious food for the rest of her life nnJust a little feedback related to the appointment, I was coming at around 4pm and explaining my issue then assisted nicely and told that the nearest schedule available is at 6pm so I agreed but then when I came at 6pm the other staff said my issue need to be assisted by Mac expert which is not available at that time so I need to book another appointment at different time, which means I was scheduled wrongly the first time. Apart from that, I am happy. Thank you.

Wait a shame for Apple, 2nd day I have stood in front of the Apple Watches trying to buy one while watching most staff talking amongst them selves. I. approached a staff member today and asked if it was maybe self service and that’s what I was missing and was told obviously not. I was then asked am I just looking or do I want to actually buy something. Never have I had such poor service in retail and the staff should stop being so pretentious because they work in a new shiny store as the customers that support Apple are the reason they work in such a beautiful shop.
