I got my iphone 11 screen repaired here in December. Within 2 days my iPhone screen was 3/4 black and totally unresponsive. I went back to the shop and got told this is as a result of physical damage and there is nothing they can do about it. They would charge me another $180 to fix my screen again. I walked away very frustrated that they would stand behind the product they are selling and the warranty they had offered. Why would I fork out another $180 at your shop when you have used a low quality product which is not durable and within 2 days started having issues. Got my phone fixed elsewhere for $160 and yes all working fine 3 weeks later, and $5 for screen protector, unlike Fixpress who wanted to charge $29 for a screen protector Terrible customer service, and products used are not durable. Do not recommend.
Was looking for a basic screen repair, bottom corner only was cracked on iphone. This turned into a bigger ordeal where I was made to repeatedly return because it wasn't done in 45 mins. Somehow, my home button which was fine on drop off wasn't working and the screen wasn't activating. Basically left with a barely working phone that bricked later that day. Ended up in an Apple store anyway the following day. Store isn't recognised by Apple as an authorised repairer, so if you want your AppleCare to keep low costs on future repairs, I wouldn't recommend.
They managed to repair my iPad Pro Gen3 even after Apple told me it's unrepairable. The device was damaged by water ingress and was repaired for less than half the price Apple qoute for replacement.
Mark in Fixpress, Georges Tce, was utterly brilliant. My iPhone shattered after it fell down a stairwell 6 storeys and not all my data had been backed up. He retrieved all my data even though the phone was so badly damaged. Many thanks! You are a genius.
