I can easily recommend this place for audio enthusiasts. I've been to this establishment a hand full of times now, and I've always come out satisfied. I have purchased a hand full of products from this store and sometimes I just go there to try out a pair of headphones. Purchase or no purchase the service is always impeccable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices are almost always fair, and the sale prices are outstanding. I highly recommend it.
The staff person was very welcoming and knowledgeable about headphones. I had specific headphones in mind, but I was glad to be informed about the other options that I have. She was also happy to let me take my time to listen to the headphones, except for the HD 800 in which they only had the one stock left, which they can't freely demo around. Overall, very satisfied with the service.
So I went to this store with the idea of buying the Shure 846 only. It wasn't there but they weren't going to be as good as I could get anyway. I ended up spending over $3,000 and loving every second I spent at this store. The service was top notch, the products I was sold are out of this world in terms of quality and operability, suiting my lifestyle needs and discerning tastes. As the 1 star review points out yes the man there isn't forgiving, but if you are audiophile-inclined that is the EXACT quality you are looking for in your ideal place of purchase. So please make sure you have at least the afternoon off to sample a wide gamut of audiophile choices nearest your budget, especially if you're new to high-range audio. Doesn't hurt to have ample money saved in advance either. In conclusion if you want incredible sound, no-bullshit professional service and advice, superb value for money, budget to top-shelf audio products and welcoming, friendly attitudes please consider Jaben Perth for your next listening experience. I have no regrets and regard my time, money and audio desires met with the utmost standards and duty of care. I will be coming back to explore more product features on offer and hope to see other audiophiles in the store. Sincerely, Shane Currie.
Excellent service. The staff are very patient with me, answering all my questions and allowing me to listen for myself the differences between headphones and DACs. Best place for any novice to begin their audio experience. Beware - once you "Hear" the music through the headphones here - you have to throw out all the headphones you already have.
Costumer service is great! I was met with a very patient and friendly representative. I didn't not buy anything but I was allowed the time to trial everything I had in mind and more. Most of the time was spent on explaining the differences between the models and what attributes they had. I was very pleased and would recommend anyone to go to this store if they are in the market for some new cans.
The staff were friendly and let me trial headphones for as long as I needed to. The headphones I ended up purchasing were slightly cheaper than I could get from an online aussie retailer, which was a bonus
Terrible value for money. I like to support local sellers when possible but they were charging literally $100 more than online for $140 earbuds. Avoid.
Do not shop here. The owner showed complete disregard for consumer law and tried to bully me out of a refund for a faulty device simply because I hadn't kept the original packaging.
Incredibly friendly staff. Best headphone store in Perth and certainly worth the small bump in price.
Very nice store that let's you try before you buy with disinfectant wipes. The service is worth the small increase in some prices.
