Dr. Laptop

They sell systems at auctions that are meant to be destroyed. I bought 10 of the systems and there clients personal data was still on it. Would not recommend if you think data security is important.

Very Very frustrating experience , waste of time, energy and money !!!! I had to buy a new laptop! We asked for change our windows version, we supposed it wasn't a hard job... our computer was absolutely slow so we decided to go from windows 10 to windows 7. We bring them the computer and after 4 days our " computer was ready to pick" but they didn t put Windows 7, in fact they re install the original windows 8 which was already with the computer... anyway they charged us for the wrong job, and worst we could have done the job ourself as widows8 was the originally system.... they install what they call the best free anti-virus on the market two days after our computer was as slow as before so we did bring it back , it took them three days to say that they couldn't really fix it. they tried to remove a virus but in fact they charged us again for nothing. Now we cant even re install windows 8 as the process is stopping during resetting. Very Very frustrating experience , waste of time, energy and money !!!! I had to buy a new laptop!
