Camera Electronic

Was very impressed with the fantastic customer service shown by the staff when I came to their Stirling St store needing a very insignificant (in terms of price - it cost me $8) part for my camera set-up. The staff who assisted me could have easily said they don't have the part that I needed. Instead, they spent time and effort going through their stock and found one that I could use. Being a small business owner myself, their staff attitude in handling my needs was inspiring. Thank you so much!

I had dropped my camera while on holiday an had these guys an gals take care of it. Had it all sorted out with in a week. Much thanks to Heidi as I can now enjoy my travels around oz and then off to Peru.

Excellent service. I'm an enthusiast and have been shopping from them over years. The staff are helpful especially young Vincent,he goes out of his way to help. Today I had an issue with my lens cap. Went to service department, the young lady with glasses were very helpful. The problem fixed on the spot. That is an old school and that's why I keep going there. Thumps up to you guys !

I have bought from these guys for 20 years now. Even after I moved to Melbourne, I still prefer to buy from them. I recently visited them again when I was in Perth, and none of the staff knew me or realized how much I had spent in that shop over the years (over $20k). Fair enough, I very rarely walk in given that I live interstate! Even then, they were extremely helpful and friendly. This is an old school shop, where you get personal service. These guys are the best reason why you should save your bricks and mortar shop!

I am so glad I found this store yesterday,I never knew they even existed. I was chasing a not so popular crop sensor canon lens and needed it before I went away.I made at least 8 calls to different stores (some with not so good phone skills) and then finally got hold of Dave at Camera Electronics.He said he may have some stock and rang me back asap with good news that he had found me my lens.I was over the moon and they held it till I arrived.He went above and beyond to help me. Everyone there seemed really nice too,so I know where I will be shopping from now on. See you all again for my next purchase.
