Officeworks East Perth

Terrible print service, obvious efforts to send people away rather than make any effort to help the customer. I was 3rd in line when I arrived and everybody ahead and including myself just received rude unhelpful service. Manager was very unprofessional as well when I spoke to him regarding my request which he refused to allow printing of my own paper which was 275’ below the office works maximum allowed 300’ paper weight at office works. On the other hand Morley complete contrast - clean well presented store friendly staff who were welcoming and printed what I needed no questions asked. Just a shame I had to go out of my way to visit another store in the same franchise to get what I needed done. Thank you to the Morley office works team for helping with my wedding invites ✌🏼

Very poor service! Refused to price match their own website. Gave me all kinds of excuses. Told them it's ridiculous they can't price match their own website. After arguing back and forth for 20 mins, he called his boss out and the issue got sorted in 30 secs, the boss said exactly what I stated all along. It's our own website , we have to honour the price match. He even had the nerve to question the boss even after he stated to price match it. Last time I would visit this East Perth store. Would rather drive a little further to deal with people with common sense! Very rude and arrogant!

Another 1* for Officeworks. I was told my print job would take 2 hours. I said I'd come back in 2 DAYS... And I did, to find only half the job was done. I needed the print that day and I asked how long to get the other half of the job finished? He said 2 hours... BUT... customers take priority over me. LOL... I am a customer, idiot. I've allowed 2 days for job completion that I was told twice would only take 2 hours. And to cap that off, no apology at all, not one sorry word. I paid $198 for the first half of the job and through habit I said 'thank you' and idiot replied 'that's ok' like I'm to thank these muppets you employ for their incompetency in completing a paid job. Officeworks is a terribly amateur set up.

The photo kiosks have been upgraded recently, but I find them slower & harder to use. At Morley or Fremantle OfficeWorks I put up with this as the staff are so lovely.. However here at East Perth staff are reluctant to help at all. Shame as it's the closest to me, will try to avoid

The staff work really hard here. I witnessed them trying to manage lots of printing requests from customers and they really tried their best to keep all customers in the line happy!
