Bringing colour to Perth!!!!!  Some of the more eccentric choices I've seen in a long time ... I needed a black t-shirt, yes I'm that dull.nnThe plus sides were that it's a large store, large men's department with heaps of choice, good offers in place and warm and friendly service.nnThe only challenge I had was finding the exit it's not as easy as you think!! Recommend.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I recently received at Myer. I was assisted by Irene, and her professionalism, patience, and genuine helpfulness truly stood out.nn I R   went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs, offering thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed. Her warm and approachable manner made a world of difference, turning what could have been a routine visit into a truly pleasant one.

I visited Myer Perth on Wednesday 7 January 2026 and purchased two items.  On returning home I realised I was unhappy with one item so I returned to Myer Perth on Thursday 8 January 2026, this morning, to exchange the item for something better suited.  The purchased item was from Dinner ware.  Today I was served by a sales lady, who had the name Joanne pinned on her dress.  I explained my reasons to her and what I was seeking to get.  Joanne provided me with an outstanding level of such excellent service, it was just quite amazing. Nothing was too difficult for her. She had great ideas and suggestions and provided these with a calm, helpful, thoughtful manner.  And yes, of course I left the store with some terrific bargains, quality items at discount prices.  I would like Myer Perth management to be aware of this special sales lady.  I cannot commend her any more.  Thank you Myer and looking forward to another visit soon.

I met a really friendly and enthusiastic staff member in the kids’ toy section yesterday. I bought a Jellycat Christmas frog, and his warm and polite service made the whole shopping experience so much better. It really made my day.

Employees are not self-aware. I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes as the person in front of me was talking about job employment. I went to another line but the employee was the exact same. Except this time they were having a nice long conversation about something else. Went to another line and ALSO decided to take their sweet time just talking. Not coming back once again.
