Hello,nnI would like to share my experience at the MYER fragrance department today.nnWhen I arrived, I was initially assisted by a male staff member. Unfortunately, he didn’t seem interested in helping me. His attitude and facial expressions made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked to try a few Dolce & Gabbana fragrances and then asked about some other brands. He showed me one perfume and then simply walked away without saying anything or offering any further assistance.nnA few moments later, another staff member, Ana, came over and asked if I needed any help. She even said, “That’s okay,” because she noticed what had happened. Ana was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, showed me different options, and helped me choose the perfect perfume for my partner.nnI want to thank ANA for her outstanding customer service. She completely changed what could have been a disappointing shopping experience into a positive one. Staff like her make customers feel welcomed and valued.nnI also hope this feedback can be used to remind all team members of the importance of providing friendly and attentive customer service to every customer.nnThank you.

I had a wonderful experience at Dolce & Gabbana. The staff   Dechen Tshomo exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit.nShe  took the time to understand my needs, offered excellent styling advice, and made me feel valued as a customer. Her knowledge of the products and commitment to outstanding service truly stood out.nThank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

This is my favourite place to shop for high-quality, branded products and clothing. They have an amazing selection of well-known brands, and I always enjoy shopping here because of the variety and quality. The only downside is that even during sales, the prices are still quite high, which can be a little disappointing. Hopefully, they'll offer better discounts in the future!

Bringing colour to Perth!!!!!  Some of the more eccentric choices I've seen in a long time ... I needed a black t-shirt, yes I'm that dull.nnThe plus sides were that it's a large store, large men's department with heaps of choice, good offers in place and warm and friendly service.nnThe only challenge I had was finding the exit it's not as easy as you think!! Recommend.
