One of the worst Bunnings I've visited around Australia. Everyone seems to be miserable working at this store, and asking for assistance from the staff seems to be a hassle for them, which is an increasingly common theme at Bunnings stores in general, and practically any store you visit these days unfortunately. Where has good old fashioned customer service gone!?nThankfully there's sometimes exceptions to this. Thank you to the kiwi girl who tried where her colleagues couldn't care less. She helped me find one of the things I needed.nnBest advice, go to a larger Bunnings if you can. Much larger inventory, and you're more likely to have a better experience.
I love frequenting this EVP branch. They're not in a huge building however, most of my needs are always met. At times they even have stock that other stores do not have, due to lack of supplies.nThe service is second to none, very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and helpful. Unlike some other bigger branches that hardly ever have any time for us.nMy compliments also go to all their of the staff members who always take the time to answer our phone calls, several other branches plainly refuse to pick up the phone, or they pick it up and oretend not to hear you and put the phone down..!nCongratulations to the Management and Staff and thank you for your continued service
The staff here are exceptional and always provide superior service. Ross for example devised a solution for a tree root removal that was far better than we had planned. Savannah helped with a creative solution that fixed another issue. Just 2 examples of the outstanding service provided by all of the staff. This is a small store with limited range but the staff are mighty good.
Fantastic customer service on the floor.nUnsure of the staff member name the gentleman with whitish hair was very proactive and vigilant about his customer service helping me both times with products.
Parkings a night mare, staff help and free popcorn on Saturdays now. Had no problems with cut keys from here unlike Belmont.
