I called MYER and asked to be put through to women's wear to ask if they had a particular dress in my size. The switchboard put me through and the phone rings out. For an hour no one answered the phone. Ended up having to go to the store only to be told they don't have it. Waste of time.

If I could give it a zero I would. Useless staff and completely disorganized. Didn't even know where their product in their own section was. Everything was out of place and it looked like no one had cleaned/organize stock in about 2 months. Gaaarbage!

Needs a little updating & better service especially in a sale & store temp was uncomfortably warm as if the air con was not working

Went to Myer Carousel yesterday to purchase a pair of shoes only to find that there was only one person serving in the Men's Shoe Section (the day before Xmas Eve)...In the 20-30 mins while waiting to be served we saw people replace shoes they had in their hands and left the store indicating that they could not wait anymore....when we finally got the salesperson's attention I told him he had lost 3 customers in the last 20 mins...he apologised and said he was the only person serving. End result was that he was unable to supply me with my size... so another sale was lost.. If I owned Myers...I would be seriously looking at the way I conduct business...Score 1 out of 10 Rating poor.

very quiet shop. I cant really afford much here but sometimes come for specials. its nice to browse in peace and quiet.
