Staff are so inconsistent but today was the icing on the cake. The boy was standing behind the till doing nothing. So we went to his counter. He literally just walked off.. it was 418 Sunday. He then walked around the shop chatting with other employees. Before heading to the kitchen section.
I got amazing service from Jordan down at the service desk. He answered my call and assured me I could return an item that was damaged out of the box. I came in-store not long after and had a smooth and quick return process.nkeep up the good work Jordan!
What an absolute joke, purchasing multiple items via click and collect and waiting 30 minutes for the staff to search for them. It never appeared. They couldn't even give me a refund in store and I now have to call customer care to resolve the issue. Seems like Kmart has a massive problem with click and collect. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME.
Walked into Belmont store to find Nintendo switch and was directed to service counter to see if there was stock. The lady, named Sophia, perfunctorily told me that there was no stock. After walking out, I checked Kmart app and it showed in stock and I was able to do a click and collect.nnI purchased online and when I went back to Kmart to collect my Nintendo switch, I asked her if there was any discrepancies of stock in store and online, and she casually just explained; “sometimes it happens could be that the stock came in or that the stock was hidden in the store”. Felt very dissatisfied with the service I’m getting because my time could have been better managed if she actually did her job and help to see if the stock is available.
Went there to pick up a click and collect after booking a time.nAnnounced I was on my way, got there and announced I was there.n10min later, no one. Tried to call the number and the number couldn't take calls.nPressed the button at the gate, no one came.nCalled the store, no one answered the phone.nRescheduled my pickup and hopefully someone will turn up then?
