I got amazing service from Jordan down at the service desk. He answered my call and assured me I could return an item that was damaged out of the box. I came in-store not long after and had a smooth and quick return process.nkeep up the good work Jordan!
What an absolute joke, purchasing multiple items via click and collect and waiting 30 minutes for the staff to search for them. It never appeared. They couldn't even give me a refund in store and I now have to call customer care to resolve the issue. Seems like Kmart has a massive problem with click and collect. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME.
Went to buy a number of things and asked for a checkout. They refused, saying only self-service available. So I left and bought nothing. Job-killing, while pretending to save us money.
Walked into Belmont store to find Nintendo switch and was directed to service counter to see if there was stock. The lady, named Sophia, perfunctorily told me that there was no stock. After walking out, I checked Kmart app and it showed in stock and I was able to do a click and collect.nnI purchased online and when I went back to Kmart to collect my Nintendo switch, I asked her if there was any discrepancies of stock in store and online, and she casually just explained; “sometimes it happens could be that the stock came in or that the stock was hidden in the store”. Felt very dissatisfied with the service I’m getting because my time could have been better managed if she actually did her job and help to see if the stock is available.
A few weeks ago went to Kmart for my daughter who wanted a lot of things guys don’t know about! Jess part time works at Kmart assisted excellently and offered alternatives to products as some were not available. Big shout out to Jess, should get employee of the month! Awesome service.
