Five star service from Bianca! She helped us find the perfect couch for our home without any pressure. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made all the difference. Highly recommend visiting her at the Cannington store.
Arranged to have flooring installed through HN Flooring in Cannington. Sales staff are very professional. When I asked who their installer is, I was told they used about 3 installers, but couldn't tell me which one I would get, but they're all very good and if any issues will go back and fix. The job took longer than expected. The first day one of his workers said he was expecting 2 more people to arrive, he pulled up the old flooring and was gone by 11.30am. The job took all week when I was told 3-4 days. There were 2 very dark boards layed in the middle of the dining room and one at the end of the hallway. When I complained I was told someone would come to fix it, but the young bloke that came said he was only allowed to fix the one in the hallway and not the dining room. I had to pay $350 cash to have that fixed. I was told that if it's in the box of product it will be layed. I had 3 whole boxes left so no reason to lay them in the first place. I cannot fault the staff at Harvey Norman, but you have no control over who is laying. Steve was the contractor we were assigned.
Dathan went absolutely above and beyond for us. He made the effort to secure the JBL turntable we were after and even stayed back after closing time so we could pick it up the same day. His customer service was outstanding, friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making it happen for us. We really appreciated the extra effort and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thanks again, Dathan!
Beautiful store, help as soon as I entered. Had a lovely young man help me look at electric recliners and had alot of information to help with my choice. He was non pushy and even went as far to see if other stores had stock. Parking was ample but access off the hwy isnt the best.
The most delightful experience with Sam and Dathan in AV dept. Bought 2 x large Samsung TVs + Sonos soundbar and speakers… Sam was able to answer all our questions and was very patient as we explored options. Dathan was great with after sales service on items we’d forgotten to purchase the first time.nOur purchase included free delivery and install which went off smoothly and all done before Christmas. Couldn’t ask for more.
