Very helpful sales personnel. Everyone was quick to ask if we needed any help. Bought a few goods and was given a discount too. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that after we asked questions about products and browsed around we went to the register and all of a sudden all the helpful people were gone. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to come check us out.

This is a huge Harvey Norman store with a lot of stock. They keep a lot of stock and options on the floor, which is great, but a little overwhelming in some places. Staff are friendly and attentive. Furniture, appliances and all that you can expect from Harvey Norman under one large roof. Great location. Not a lot of parking, but if it is full, you can bet that there will be a lot of customers inside too.

Quite pricey for furniture but bedding section is good. Edit: went today and salespeople just walking around or behind a computer not willing to help at all. When approached not friendly and didn't seem to know their mattresses at all. Have changed my mind about this bedding section.

I bought a $5000 theatre system with confidence as a consumer thinking that Harvey Norman would do the right thing by me. I called Dathan today to tell him that my wiring has been chewed out by mice. He laughed thinking it was very funny. I asked him if they would cover it to be told no, its just common sense you arent covered by infestation. Previously I took three trips going from Banksia Grove to Osborne Park to get my system tested by a technician until the technician told me its an issue with the wires - He was right. But to have the salesman laugh after having the run-around was absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and inappropriate. I'm sure I recall him when I was making the purchase and while giving me the wires, he was saying that they are heavy duty wires and are difficult to get damaged but any issues, they'll replace it which is why I have the warranty on them, he said they wont be covered if I dont get a protection board for the power points. My wife is a witness to this as she was there and remembered it. She did say that she was uncomfortable with him as he was getting us to buy a lot of things including extra wiring we didnt even need. I guess he could see that I wanted it and took complete advantage. Dathan sold me well with a lot of false information about a faulty system by telling me that it'll be covered and easily replaced and this is why I purchased extra two years warranty, even on the wires which I was overcharged...this is what my installer told me when looking at the list of items purchased. I feel that once Harvey Norman gets your money, its going to be very difficult to get the system fixed or replaced without them laughing at you for your misfortune or to genuinely replace your system accordingly and professionally.

Super slow click and collect. Will make you wait for service then make you go through the checkout. Since the science says the longer a customer is in a store the higher the chance they will buy more. That's when they feel like being open since they will close early when they feel like it, like today...
