Good store good location but the staff very unfriendly. Specially wendy (sorry for mentioning name but the management team should know.) I was with my 18mths old daughter looking to buy a toy for my nephew. That day the store seems a bit messy (looked like been a busy day) upon deciding which toy to buy, wendy walked pass, glared at me (assuming that the mess was created by my daughter) she than mumbled and spoke her mind out loud. This is her exact word "DISGUSTING! SERIOUSLY SOME BLOODY PARENTS THAT LET THEIR KID PLAY AROUND IN THE STORE. " she kept walking back and forth keeping eyes on us. Very very condescending! The funny thing, i told my friends about the experience and 2 of them had the EXACT same experience with the same staff. She need some training and most importantly anger management Please dont take this as hate emai.. this is just a feedback to improve your store.

smallest big w i have ever seen. went to bought a printer and manager told me it doesn't come with cartridges. had to go to different big w and got proper one.
