The experience was very poor and the level of customer service I received was unacceptable From “ Abi”nn“I went to buy a vacuum bag. The first staff member at the counter only gave me directions, but I couldn’t find the place. So I went back to the counter again and asked another staff member, but she ignored me and said she was serving another customer.nnThen I asked a third staff member who was free, but she said she couldn’t help me and that I had to wait. I told her that I had already been waiting for a long time and asked her to please help me and show me where the vacuum bags were.nnShe became very rude with me. She just walked to the vacuum bag section without even checking if I was following her. It felt like she was being very discriminatory. Then, when I went to the billing counter, she again served me in a very rude manner and didn’t even say thank you.
Alyssa was fantastic during my visit to Kmart. She was friendly, approachable, and really helpful, making the whole experience easy and pleasant. She took the time to assist properly and had a great attitude throughout. Customer service like hers makes a big difference Kmart is lucky to have her.
Unfortunately had a extremely disappointing experience at this store today, usually staff are friendly and offer a helping hand when necessary however, I was served at checkout by a staff member Jane no greeting, no smile and no manners at all, when asked if I needed a bag, due to her underwhelming tone I couldn’t hear and asked her to repeat and was then spoken to quite aggressively. Considering I am a customer and she is in fact a customer service worker I expected some customer service at the very least.
They sold me Halloween candy with bits of plastic in it. Not sharp but certainly not safe to consume. I tried to contact them but they have no email address.
I was in this store with a friend on Thursday night, who wanted to purchase a shirt. I have to say, but this was about the worst store I have seen in years. The condition of the clothing department especially was just out right disgusting. Clothes just thrown on the floor everywhere amongst the racks, food scraps etc even clothing with food stains on them on the rack still on display I've not seen a K Mart store this bad. Plus to try to even find an assistant for possible help was very difficult and the ones I did see, look like they did not want to even be there and for the person standing at the front of the store, she looked about as interested in the job as a damn light pole, honestly I would not have bothered to ask her for any information at all. The store manager is not doing their job that's clearly on display here.
