We visited K-Mart carousel today and we are delighted to be there.nK-Mart is a favourable destination for shopping in Perth as well as all over Australia for masses.nK-mart provides very competitive prices for clothing,nShoes,home decoration,cutlery,toys ,books & stationery for kids.nElectronic items-mixer,juicer,nElectric kettle etc.nAll staff team is very friendly & cooperative .All items are nicely priced on shelves.nLove to visit k-mart carousel again & again.

I went to this store to refund a faulty toiletry bag. I was asked by the staff at the refund counter, if I got my items checked by the lady at the entry. I replied to her that I didn’t and not sure about their new policy or read a sign somewhere that this will be the procedure to do a refund. I actually told her I have my receipt, the items were faultyzipper won’t work and they have not been used and tags on them still. Apparently, I have to do that next time to alert them that there is a customer on the way to the refund counter. Duh?! with the amount of people being checked/receipts scan on their way out,nwhy would I waste my time queueing just to let the staff know I am refunding an item, when I can just walk straight to the refund counter in less than 3 minutes.
