Fine enough department store. Product range limited, however adequate. City store more extensive. Like the cafe, at least they serve decent food and coffee as there isn't any where else in the centre!

Dumb as a rock retail sales ditz left a security tag device on a shirt I purchased. The large tag cannot be taken off as its literally bolted onto the shirt and needs a special tool for removal. The sales ditz is suppose to take it off at the sales counter during purchase, a monkey could do better. Now I have to drive all the way back to get a refund. Very stupid from David Jones staff member.

The lovely ladies in the ladies formal wear section were very friendly and extremely helpful. Very impressed, Olivia , thank you for kindness - in store again today (8/11) mens wear, purchased a Polo shirt, lovely young man assisted me - however the older woman on the counter did not acknowledge me - just called the very polite and attentive young man over to help me - HE gets 6 stars.

One of the nice place to shop in Perth. A lot of branded and famous products. Also the local ones. Competitive and fair price and always On Sale (discounted price)
