Went to see Tom Jones' concert in Kings Park. It is a wonderful venue and a great place to see live acts.
Today my husband and I visited Myer Garden City's baby section as we wanted a particular item for our granddaughter. When we could not find it on the shelves Josephine went out of her way to source the item from another Myer store for us. The service she provided went far beyond necessary and we cannot thank her enough. She truly deserves this review.nYvonne Richards
Going in I knew exactly what I wanted from the appliance section. Blender, Sunbeam.. x price. “We don’t have that sorry” not good.nnI go back to the car and I see the product number I’d written down on a paper in my car. I went back in to Myers, which is not on the fringes so you have to go back in with an intention, and with the product number just to check.nnNew person. “Hi, I’m looking for a blender made by Sunbeam and it cost x amount. I also have the item number…. “ The new staff member walks directly to the shelf, before I can rattle off the item number. Picks up the blender I was looking for and says “this one”nnAll good. I just wasted an extra 20 minutes I didn’t have. I did get the product, it was the price I said and it was on the shelf… 20 minutes after it supposedly wasn’t even in the store.nnGreat little blender as well.
Tried calling the store to see if they had some men’s footwear so that I did not have to go all the way there if they didn’t, called several times and tried different departments but no answer at any of them. Why have a phone system if you’re not going to answer? “Improved Customer Service” as stated on the phone line, what Customer Service?
