Went to Myer Garden City today for Black Friday sales and received excellent service in ladies wear, the girls were extremely helpful in finding the top I really wanted and ordered it for me online and I payed in store, they could of easily said no we don’t have it but they went out of their way to find it for me, great service thanks

Just spoke to a lady on the phone about the moisture inside my Hilfiger watch which sees only water from washing my hands. Was spoken to very rudely. I collect watches and know exactly what im talking about when it comes to accepted amounts of water on certain watches and am very careful. Absolutely disgusted and will be taking it further with management...

Amazing long term, 'old school', professional, customer service values with long term serving staff which make the shopping  experience an easy,  pleasurable, happy time whilst in store. Ben Store Manager is a shining  light which reflects in the the overall experience and morale of her store. Staff on the floor are experienced and have extensive training in brands and know their product range. Nancy in jewellery can assist with jewellery/ watch needs, Rosa & Teresa can assist in women's intimates offering an ease with their years of experience, Michelle Concession Manager of Simone Perele  is available for all the brands intimate apparel. Myer Booragoon offers that 'one stop shopping experience' in that traditional and prestigious Australian Myer banner.

Specially thank to Jaz and Amy from MAC. They are so womderfully nice and knowledgeable of tge products they are selling. I spent a fair bit on MAC prpducts today in order to ensure my new routine which includes almost daily makeup will go smoothly for my skin is sensitive.nIf you ever need a do-over, i highly suggest you go to these two experts to beautify you up : xx
