Big W is a well-maintained store with a great selection of products at affordable prices. Like most Big W locations, you can usually find clearance clothing near the entrance, which is great for grabbing some bargains. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Staff are helpful when needed, and checkout is usually smooth. A good place for shopping essentials
Went into Big W Armadale today to Australia Day gadgets. None you have to buy on line. Big W store YOU don't dictate your views. Very angry you don't sell Australia Day gimmicks in store. GET REAL your in Australia do, sell and behave as Australian. OR bugger off Australia DAY is here to stay. DIP STICK s
DATE: 09/02/2025. Time: Approx 1300nnAn absolutely terrible experience. The staff tried to tell me that my child's toy was assembled incorrectly when it wasn't. The manager then tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the little tikes car when the wheels were clearly dragging along the floor. Then to top it off banned me from the store for explaining that they were WRONG. And by over explaining I made there staff feel threatened. At no point in time did the staff tell me that they felt that way. Even though I tried to apologise to the staff, the manager said that I am still banned from the store. ALL staff need immediate retraining on how to communicate with customers! SHOCKING!
Rude staff, never got what you want when you want it and you have to pay for shampoo at the shampoo counter! Not sure when that became a thing but I’d like to take ALL MY SHOPPING THRU ONE CHECKOUT AT ONE TIME!!!! What a ridiculous setup! Not impressed! Never answer their phones either, get stuck with Dot bot who is not very helpful.
A nice quiet store and always greeted with a friendly welcome.nHad a nice walk around to purchase a variety of products that were all on special, mainly household items. They are obviously getting ready for the back to school stationary sales as they were busy restocking shelves and displays.
