as with the most other Kmart outlets, the layout here is pretty similar, but somehow it feels a little more spacious between sections/aisles. the lighting though, feels a bit more gloomy than others. but still overall always a good experience here - with the friendly and helpful staff
Yesterday I visited KMart Morley and was overwhelmed by the lack of service.nMy husband 81 and myself 79 spent a couple of hours in the store trying to find items that we had researched beforehand and knew that they were available at the store but could not find them.nnWe asked assistance of at least three different staff as to where we could find them and each sent us in different directions with a wave of an arm and not a care in the world.nnAs we werE about to walk out on the verge of having a panic attach I asked a lady at the cashier for some help. She got onto a two way and called for assistance.nnWithin a short couple of minutes a lovely youmg girl named Olivia arrived.nShe listened and then took us down to the section that we wanted, found none on the shelves but her hand held computer suggested otherwise. She went to the warehouse and spoke with them only to find there were many many boxes of books not yet unpacked.nOf course she could not do that herself so very apologetic she offered alternative.nnShe is such a young girl and I think her attitude in customer service was really worth mentioning.nIf you can work out who she is from the name OLIVIA customer service in the children’s area….She deserves to be recognised.nTHANK YOU OLIVIA
Visited Kmart Morley branch today and had a pleasant shopping experience! The store was well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This afternoon, I went to seek help because last month I purchased a hairdryer that turned out to be faulty. When I returned it to the store, the staff member who assisted me mistakenly gave me a cheaper version of the product, which didn’t even last a month. The two models looked very similar, so I didn’t realize the mistake until today.nnI visited Kmart Morley to resolve the issue, but the service team was unable to help. They offered me a voucher for less than what I originally paid, which I find unacceptable—especially since I have both the original receipt and the receipt showing I exchanged the item on the same day.nnWhat made the experience even worse was the attitude of the customer service manager. She was extremely rude, yelled at me, and insisted there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable behavior, particularly from someone in a customer-facing role.nnI left the store feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed.nI will be reporting this incident to the ACCC.
A new young male staff member with long brown hair and tall I didnt catch his name was so happy to assist me the customer and he was extremely helpful with some very heavy and awkward furniture items I wanted to purchase. I was very impressed by his pleasant nature even having a laugh with me all whilst helping me through the checkouts and then taking my things I couldn't carry out the back for pick-up in loading dock. I will certainly make morley kmart MY STORE!
