as with the most other Kmart outlets, the layout here is pretty similar, but somehow it feels a little more spacious between sections/aisles. the lighting though, feels a bit more gloomy than others. but still overall always a good experience here - with the friendly and helpful staff
This afternoon, I went to seek help because last month I purchased a hairdryer that turned out to be faulty. When I returned it to the store, the staff member who assisted me mistakenly gave me a cheaper version of the product, which didn’t even last a month. The two models looked very similar, so I didn’t realize the mistake until today.nnI visited Kmart Morley to resolve the issue, but the service team was unable to help. They offered me a voucher for less than what I originally paid, which I find unacceptable—especially since I have both the original receipt and the receipt showing I exchanged the item on the same day.nnWhat made the experience even worse was the attitude of the customer service manager. She was extremely rude, yelled at me, and insisted there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable behavior, particularly from someone in a customer-facing role.nnI left the store feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed.nI will be reporting this incident to the ACCC.
Visited Kmart Morley branch today and had a pleasant shopping experience! The store was well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Found some great deals on kids' clothing and home decor.nnConveniently located beside Morley Bus Port, making it easily accessible by public transport.nnLocation: Kmart Morley, beside Morley Bus Port, WA
There are never any staffed checkouts. Items that show in stock online are frequently out of stock. And the shelves in the beauty section are a mess like a hurricane went through, impossible to find what I was after. It would only take a couple of hours for a staff member to tidy up this area and put products back where they belong after customers have meddled with the shelves but the issue remains for days on end. Same goes for the majority of the men's section.
The girl that served me yesterday around the 6.30pm ish time was really good and helpful to help me find a charger, I didn't even know they had some opened to test out which one will fit for which phone. Other times I bought chargers, the workers just showed me or i guess they knew by looking. But she was very helpful!
