Got a GIFT for christmas from various sources. Told the front greeter and the customer service to exchange for a mere STORE CREDITS as we prepare the RIGHT SIZE. Items completely new and perfect condition. The STAFFS said NO, policy change. No such thing as store credits. This is BS . Not even asking for a refund. Spend at least $5k yearly in kmart and when we just ask for small favour they said NO.nItems completely untouched, unbelievable.nWestfarmers please review your policy.nIf refund without tags, smelly, looks used yes acceptable.nIf not, a mere store credit doesnt steal your profit.nBe wise, you have staff not a robot
I bought 2 high vis sleeveless vests there. 1 for me, 1 for a mate, $35 each. The zip down the front on mine broke in a week, faulty. When I returned it, the young girl said it couldn't be exchanged, returned or refunded as I had worn it. It's faulty, I said, but ok then, how about you repair it? The Kmart worker went and checked with her Supervisor out the back of the Service counter. No, we aren't going to do anything. I'll never buy anything there again. They had the last of the stock marked down to $15 & my size right there. Faulty products are covered in Retail law. I also said I would review them appropriately, and here it is. Thanks Kmart
Wow !nService provided by the female staff member at the service counter,was the worst service I have ever received.nCollected my click & collect order and needed to complete a partial refund on one order and a full refund on another order .nAfter collecting the items I was told I had to wait for 15 minutes until the system updated the information that I had collected my orders this was untrue as I received a txt message within 5 minutes stating the my orders had been collected.nPerhaps this staff member should be located to a different area within the store as she definitely doesn't enjoy working at the service counter.
