I came buy the food and gift card, it show me 15% off for this choice gift card, but after I checked out, when I check the receipt it was the full price, I was shockedcause I can’t see the products details when I check out, I don’t know where is the far away screen because she didn’t tell me, at mean time I have to buy other thing separately, so I need to stay with the stuff, I came back to ask the stuff, she said it’s different card, and she don’t have to tell me about this, when I go back to check the choice card on the shelf , they are same, both no discount, and they look totally same! The photo on the top, there is a post blocking the amount of the choice card!nI feel cheated here, inducing customers to spend money, I’ll never come back here again!
Please get Millie away from the cash register. Surely you have more friendly staff members that are willing to work. She never greets or even looks you in the eye. Always looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Countless times she’s always talking to the person working behind or with her. It’s hard to avoid her when there’s only that register or the 12 item or less!
As a regular customer come every day. We love the beautiful staffs here we meet every day. But we feel so disappointed about the Superior here. The staff were all helpful they were trying to help me contact the Superior cause they need to ask for instructionsnWe Always get milk from here about 20 a week. The recent date of the COLES milk is very terrible. 2 days to consume. We have to throw them away due to expiration. The guy on the phone said NO RETURN OR CHANGE. You might need to do clearance for the milks that were about to expire. We feel so bad about it.
Nice & clean, easy to navigate layout. lovely staff at the service desk, very helpful & attentive. Not the biggest supermarket ever but certainly holds a more than adequate range
Always tidy and clean. Not too crowded. You can take your time to carefully choose what you want. Good for shopping.
