I just want to say I appreciate the great customer service specifically from the Dior lady, one of the Chanel worker and lovely perfume lady. Don’t remember their name but you all embodied great customer service! I hope you continue to carry that energy cause it’s great
I love Myers. The down sizing of this store is sad but reflects that the location of Morley Galleria is extremely run down. Myers itself is great. The staff are always friendly when you can find them. It is a quiet shop but has everything I need or want.
Credit where credit is due: I think the service in my Galleria has picked up slightly…. Considering it it is the smallest myer - they are doing good.nIf I was them, I would be not paying rent until the shopping centre owners got it together and provided a shopping centre that’s actually fit for shoppers because you’re paying for traffic and you’re getting no traffic because there’s nowhere to go apart from your store…..
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to speak up. I spent over an hour and a half in the store, specifically in the men's section, without receiving any assistance. Staff were nowhere to be found, and when I finally approached someone, they quickly dismissed me with, “Sorry, I can't help in that section,” and walked away.nnI literally had to *insist* someone process my payment just so I could complete my purchase—there was zero proactive service. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this was well below expectation.nnReally hope management takes this seriously—customers shouldn’t have to chase staff just to give them money.
I hate shopping I do it once a year at the end of the financial year and get a new wardrobe, but it was such a better experience this year. An older lady called Lorraine at the shirt section acted as my personal shopper, and had me kitted out head to toe, business and casual for another year in under 40 minutes. Thank you!
