I had a really bad experience at Myer Morley, I purchased in the register next to Super Dry brand. I paid with my debit credit card and tap the top of the machine, the transaction was declined 2 times, and the 3 time transaction was approved (the sales lady told me that the machine was having issues because i was saying to her that i knew i had money in my account, she said if the 3 time comes declined we needed to go to another register, if they know they are having issues with the machine why would you use this one and not let IT or who ever in MYER to fixed this???). In paper the 2 transactions were declined but when i was walking out of the store I check my bank account and I had the amount deducted twice. I showed one of the ladies and she called another lady who was saying to me that it was not MYERs problem and that i should have to contact my back because in their receipt it say that the transaction was declined 2 times and only one payment when through. I was not happy with the way this lady was dealing with my situation so she called the Store Manager that day Maurice Mineruini, he was doing exactly the same thing as the previous lady, so I then called the bank and on speaker the bank was saying that the amount was deducted twice so they need it to sort this out at MYER, nothing to do with the bank. This guy told me that they where going to see the transactions at the end of Saturday 24 Feb 2018, I still don't have my money back in my account. Why does #Myer threat customers like this? why do I have to go through all of this for their fault? I had this money to cover other commitments and now the money is not in my account, this is not right, no customer deserve to be treated like this.

As always lovely to wander around the store looking for that special wee 5hi g or a bargain. Some changes that make locating some areas tricky but looking around is fun anywY

As a long time customer of morley myers the girls at ts and city chic are and have always been amazing. Exceptional /professional customer service. No matter how I look or feel they understand I actually do have money to spend. They would have made a lot from me over not a long time. Unfortunately the makeup/skincare counters are the opposite. Rude unprofessional and downright unwelcoming. Pity the department is placed right in myers main entrance. My custom will be more welcomed elsewhere I believe. I don't spend hundreds of dollars to be spoken to rudely.. lift your game cosmetic department or you'll be closing down.

I had an incredibly poor, rude and disappointing customer service experience in the designer label department with Manager - Karen. Myer clearly made an error in pricing a coat and refused to give it to us for that price despite stating that it was a "human error". After I stated that other retailers give it for the price displayed even if it's their fault, Manager- Karen stated they apparently don't do that and aren't required to do that. Is this Myer we're talking about? Staff here need to be re-trained. My daughter works here and she states they have a policy of "delighting a customer" which she does when required. However, in my case they just decided to be rude and disrespectful instead.
