I hate appliance shopping but then met Tony in the Good Guys Osbourne Park kitchen section! What an awesome dude: listened, understood our budget and made some excellent recommendations. Seriously professional and friendly service - I will be back.
We purchased an entertainment unit from here as we were told it’ll be 2 weeks. Week 8-9 and still waiting. No updates. We called several weeks ago asking and was told a blunt answer basically saying not their fault. Didn’t seem to understand when customers ask for timeframe it determines a purchase. Had we known this timeframe we would have gone for a different unit. We now have a tv sitting there for a couple weeks because we ordered it in when we asked and they gave a false deadline when we called last time.
Yasmyn looked after us . She is polite, patient and the customer service was exceptional . We are regular customers and like the options available. However , there should be a loyalty membership scheme to enable regular customers get some special benefits. .
Ava helped me purchase a camera, and though she is new to the store she was very patient and informative. She made sure I knew everything about the purchase and warranty etc. and she was really apologetic and kind about how long I had to wait for the manager to approve everything. Thanks Ava! You’re great :
Fantastic customer service from Clare & the Smeg rep. who helped my husband and in purchasing the La Pavoni coffee machine. Although it was very busy in there you gave us a lot of your time. We have shopped at this store before and have had great dealings with the staff. Thank you for a great Black Friday deal too.
