Obsolutely terrible service! And looking at the reviews it seems to be a common theme! Once they've signed you your dead to them if you are having any issues. We have just spent 2 months fixing up issues direct with telstra that they TBC Osborne Pk created and they couldn't careless!!! If you're looking to sign your mobile service run far and run as fast as you can from these guys!

I don't usually review but his deserves a comment from me. I have been using Telstra Joondalup for the last 11 years for my business mobile phones, and receiving excellent service. I was contacted by TBC Osborne Park who solicited my business stating that they were now dealing with all the small business re contracting. Not the case as I have now learned! and the service has been the worst I have had in years from any stakeholder we are associated with. Communication, false promises and lack of interest is key to my disappointment. Going back to Joondalup next time.

Wrong phone, no follow up or answers or even a reasonable attempt at caring. an of Telstra, but not these guys, could have walked into a store and had this done under an hour, 4.5 weeks later, still no phone and still no result and no answers

DISHONEST , COMMISSIONED BASED SALES, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,NO RESPONSIBILITY. BE VERY CAREFUL
