Was in need of a new mattress. I popped into the Osborne Park store and the staff were so helpful and informative. No pressure selling, just there to help us find the right mattress for our needs. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for, but the lovely ladies here are just a pleasure to deal with. One of the warmest and most friendly retail experiences I have had in a very long time. Thank you Brenda, Terri and staff for all your help. We really appreciate you looking after us.

Went to bedshed Osborne Park on 16.08.2015 after having been shopping all weekend and narrowed it down to two beds and wanted to decide between the two different beds. Choose a bed after comparing the two in the store and then went to discuss prices with one of the female salespeople. At the time Bedshed had a 40% off sale but the price still seemed high so decided to haggle a little. After trying with no success we decided to leave the store and call other stores to compare prices. After calling a few of the Bedshed franchises we found that Midland was offering the same bed for $130 cheaper, not being a massive saving we decided to buy the bed at Osborne Park instead of driving a further 30 minutes to only save $130. After going back into the store I decided to ask if they would price match their Midland store, not only did the lady salesperson not want to match that price she didn't believe me and after asking several times where the store was and who I spoke to she then said she would call the store to check their price. At that stage we decided to leave and go to the Midland store as we did not appreciate her tone and demeanour. At the Midland store we purchased the same bed with free delivery for $130 cheaper and a much more enjoyable shopping experience. I would never shop here again and would not recommenced anyone to this store. To lose a customer because you wouldn't price match your own franchise by $130 (less than 5% of the mattress price) is a joke and an even further insult to not even believe the customer.
