Very helpful staff. I was after a discounted, discontinued product and the staff member helped me get different parts from various stores. It was not easy but they are very patient and helpful. Throughout the process, I was helped by many staff members and they were all so nice. I bought the Turbo Elite of Ziegler and Brown and it is absolutely amazing.
Went in and took advantage of some Boxing Day sales today and the staff there were amazing! Special shout-out to Sue, we walked away very happy customers with some quality products that we’re very much looking forward to using in the new year!
What a brilliant and positive experience. Note. I never give full points as there is always room for improvement, however it was close on this occasion. What do I know about BBQs. Sweet FA. My partner had been in and found a BBQ that met an assumed brief. I returned with my partner and I asked different questions that Sue was able to answer and provide more information on that allowed us to make an 'informed decision'. Never at any stage did Sue make any recommendations or disregard any product which made us happy as I cannot stand anyone being pushy. Ask a question, get an answer. It is OK to say 'I am not sure of what questions I should be asking to work out what I need to know to make a decision'. Construction was simple and we did require assistance for one component that Christian provided. Considering the item being built a quote of $140 for them to do it is a bargain.. Wonder if they do Ikea too.. LOL. We would recommend this store for their professionalism, after sales service, general knowledge and advice. Thanks Sue and Christian for making our upgrade a pleasure. Plus, we have been back since for other items. Thank you and well done. :
Love to wander through this shop and look at the many products on offer. Lots of room to move around as opposed to similar type shops. Gotta love a good Barbie in amongst some decent furniture options. Where are the snaggers constantly cooking so as to add some authenticity and smells?
We had great product advice and service by Fraser who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Disgusting service at the Osborne Park Store. Male salesperson was very rude and standoffish. Manager Collette was very apologetic which was good, though I won’t be using this store again as their first point of contact was terrible. Suggest you try another store for a pleasant shopping experience.
Excellent customer service. Gaurav was awesome with product knowledge and was a pleasure to deal with. Order my wood heater and everything I needed to install and rang me when pick was ready...awesome person Nany thanks
As far as BBQ and outdoor furniture shops go BBQ Galore as about as solid as they come. The name has been around for decades, and the service shows. They arnt overly busy shops but they make up for it in expertise and knowledge. This particular shop in Osborne Park is no exception. The staff were friendly and helpful. The range is as good as any other BBQ store, catering from the cheaper side of thing up to full outdoor kitchens. I can definitely recommend. Specially their winter/mid year sales

I collected the top of the line, Ziegler and Brown turbo elite on Wednesday. Am absolutely blown away that a $1700 bbq needs to be put together!!! What made it worse is the base/trolly was so poorly made that some of the screws didn’t align. I expect it will fall apart in 6 months. $1700.... should come ready to go!!!!!
