WOW!!!! I walked into Snooze last week not planning to purchase a new mattress for another 5-10 years. However, from receiving the best service in my life I am a proud new owner of a Snooze mattress! Thank you to Beck for being understanding, warm, professional and genuine! Beck understood that I wasn't planning to buy a mattress and I was just looking, however she was concerned that I had major back issues. After some talking about my back issues, understanding how I slept, the support I needed and trying some different mattresses I was sold!! Beck is the definition of ULTIMATE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You won't find anyone else out there that is that genuine!

When you shop at snooze you definitely lose !! DO NOT shop at snooze they are a rip-off !! 1 star rating is only to post this review and is far too generous .. We dealt with Misty ( indeed Misty , very unclear, fake and deceitful ) Terribly poor customer service, the bed is not as advertised and is damaged, they refused to solve the problem and just want their money and to get you out the door or off the phone. After sales care , yeah right .. non existent!! Very poor resolve and unprofessional staff. The manager Jake and his skills are very poor and not customer focused at all, he too just wants your dollar!! Highly Recommend to stay away from snooze and to shop elsewhere like at bedshed, they guarantee their product for 60 days are very helpful and have top quality products.

I purchased a bed and mattress a couple of weeks ago from the Osborne Park store. I was assisted by Beck, who spent a number of hours giving me guidance and advice on what was on offer. I had a few ideas of styles of bed frames I wanted but couldn't make my mind up, but Beck patiently listened to what I wanted and kept offering up suggestions. Beck was easy to get along with and wasn't a pushy sales person at all. In fact most of the time there was good banter and it made the final decision an all round great experience. Thanks Beck, you were great! 10/10 would recommend.

Walked in planning to buy a mattress by the end of December.. Guess what, paid a depost same day. Thanks Dylan.. Great customer service.. Happy with my purchase.. Totally recommend Snooze

I went into the Osborne Park store to purchase a bed base and headboard. I had a slight idea on what I was looking for. Beck came to me and was very helpful showing me various bed bases and bed-heads. She listen to what I had to say with interest and suggested various solutions. A very patient, non pushy sales women and highly recommend her to any future customer Thank you Beck for all your help and guidance
