The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a floor stock dining table and was advised they would contact me to arrange delivery. 6 weeks later I contacted them and they told me it was sitting in the warehouse for 3 weeks. I booked the earliest delivery a week later, to receive a call on the day from the delivery driver stating he would not be able to deliver it. He said "it's not my problem" and hung up on me. I contacted the dispatch who advised me they were unable to rebook delivery and would call me back once they could. I did not receive any calls back from them. The next day I requested a refund, to which they told me I would need to wait 7-8 business days to receive the refund. Two weeks later - I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FLOOR STOCK DINING TABLE OR MY MONEY BACK. They are yet to provide me any update as to what is going on. So many endless calls to them and they never call back.
If having 0 star i really want to make it . See the color at the show room and the color they delevery to my home . Big company doesnt meant they will be good . So angry and dissappoited . The only thing they do for me is refund waiting for 4 months then now it just refund and not doing anything
The worst customer experience ever! So many promises on delivery dates that keep getting broken, moved, cancelled. Almost 6 months since we first ordered our product and still yet to be delivered.
This is my SECOND lounge Valeria AVOID! they almost didn't replace it, however I happened to record the interaction with their 'repair man' where I was told the lounge was faulty. They then came back to me and said nothing was wrong with it, wasn't until then I stated I recorded the whole encounter and they then decided to replace it. That's a whole scam in itself. The replacement is terrible for a lounge with a RRP of 9-10K. The quality is TERRIBLE, they're clearly marking up the products to then 'discount'. The problem with this, is the product quality MUST reflect the stated retail price, and it certainly does NOT. We were sold a lounge that was on 'super sale', told the quality was second to none. This second replacement has massive wrinkles in less than 2 months of being new. It's RARELY used. I hate to think how it's going to go in the months to come. It's a Chinese imported piece of junk. I cannot believe the price of the Lounge in comparison to the quality, I'll be contacting consumer protection from this point as the business practices are unethical and I feel like I'll get nowhere with this company. Not to mention the rancid chemical smell that ruined my house for a month after it was unboxed. Can't imagine that's healthy either. Do not believe the sales tactics you're sold in the store, it feels like a huge scam.
Order MY32669 Do not buy anything from Nick scalli... our sofa was damaged in the warehouse. On the day of delivery they told us it was stuck in customs which was a blatant lie. Then told it was sold to another customer. Then told that it was being delivered the next day. Finally told it was damaged. We had no sofa. They refused to give us the faulty sofa and refused to order a new sofa. They refused us a refund and any written communication they keep saying we cancelled our order as they don't want to return our deposit and want us to cancel the order so they keep our deposit. We can't get a sofa. We can't get a refund. Absolute crooks. Left with no sofa for my boys 4th birthday. Spent hours on the phone. Hung up on by cindy in accounts. This sofa shop can't sell Sofas. Go to Freedom
I raised my order number XW02402 problem which is my third order at Clearance Osborne Park store in Perth and my previous review but I haven’t had any answer from them. I bought a table and Nick Scali delivered a different to me. On that day I HAVE TO TAKE A DAY OFF to stay home and wait for their delivery, they delivered a faulty one for me and I did not accept it. The day after, I had to take another day off and go back to the store its so farrrrrr from my house Ellenbrook to Osbourne Park nearly an hour and speak to the store’s manager who said I AM NOT SURE WHY WAREHOUSE DELIVERED A WRONG ONE TO ME and she put it through service team who will contact me in 1 or 2 weeks times to do the refund. Until now, MORE THAN 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from Nick Scali team. HOW HORRIBLE ARE THEY? I have to call them back even Service Team and AMADA Osbourne Park’s Manager to discuss about my circumstances. As a result, she said she couldn’t do anything. I HAVE TO WAITE. To be honest, if I had a wish, I wish I definitely would not purchase my furniture at Nick scali. Nearly 5 months from first purchase until now and being very inactive, I have to call them all the time but it should be another way around. CANNOT FIND ANY WORD TO DESCRIBE HOW HORRIBLE THE NICK SCALI IS Any I NEVER EVER recommend to ANYONE Best regards, Lyn
UPDATE AFTER 6 MONTHS: They are not responding and the call center is asking me: "Can you give us an update on your order?!!!!!!!" UPDATE AFTER 4 MONTHS: Guideline: 1. Do not show any flexibility with them as they show none, 2. Avoid buying from them if you can. This is an edit after 3 months: Still super unhelpful and getting one lamp in the RIGHT color is impossible. They will not make up for their mistake. Original review: Buying from Nick Scali is like joining a nice-looking, nasty gym: they are really easy to pay to and commit to when buying from them, but God when it comes to actually receiving your products, making amendments, getting them to correct their mistakes, adding more orders the payment is easy only is SUPER HARD. Bought over $12,000 of home furniture, ordering is super easy and they are somewhat helpful, but received two pendants for my kitchen each different colors. And now that I have the electrician at home and to our surprise the pendants are absolutely different in color, they want me to send them millions of photos with the box, without the box, with my driver's license and etc. There is difference between being organized and being annoying! Just be more customer-oriented than your own comfort.
Do you want nice furniture? It might look nice in the showroom, and you might even pay for the furniture that is in stock, waiting on delivery. Then they will sell the furniture you paid for to someone else, and your delivery will be pushed back time and time again. You might even try to arrange alternatives that are in stock and the same price as the items that you can't have anymore, but they will not let you change. So you've handed over money, been delayed a minimum of 3 times, not been allowed to make ANY changes to your order for identically priced items without paying through the nose - so you might ask for your money back. But then they need approval, then processing, then who knows what excuse. Eventually you will call your credit card company and charge back the funds, and you will wonder what you were thinking. UPDATE: I reached out to them as they requested in the response, and gave full details. The response: Your refund has been processed. Nothing further. Don't think the PR machine isn't going through these comments for any reason other than to make themselves look good.
Ordered 4 piece bedroom set. First delivery attempt: bed head broken. All furniture pieces returned, even the undamaged ones. 2 weeks later finally get a new delivery date. Team arrives unaware they need to do stairs and ask my partner to assist in lifting. Part missing for the bed support means they can’t finish assembly we paid for and we are unable to use the bed until resolved. It’s a week later, 3 phone calls in all initiated by us when no one followed up and still no resolution in sight.
Service is no existent. Spending weeks chasing up furniture that was delivered damaged. 3 1/2 weeks later and still no answers.
