Seemed like a good store at first but we got delivered a different product than what we chose in the store, tried to return for a refund as we found similar product at different store but were told that we need to return the bed ourselves and won't get a refund of the 60$ transport fee. So the customer service on their part was very poor. We had no choice but to keep the bed that was delivered to us.

Family run business with very knowledgeble and friendly staff. No gimmicks, good discounts and great delivery service.

Got great service from friendly staff, ended up with an ensemble at 2/3rds the price of some of the major chains (show room is not as flashy, but if I'm getting the same or similar product cheaper as a result I don't really care for show). Delivery fee was reasonable considering it's an upstairs room. Definitely compares well against the major chains and would highly recommend!
