Kathy you are a star! I spent weeks and months stressing about my pre start. I was very distressed thinking about how I will make my colour scheme ideas flow smoothly. I first visited tile boutique in December 2021 and a second visit last week, then another visit today and Kathy was assigned to me as a last minute option. She was very helpful and her approach to my ideas were genuine and thoughtful. She was very insightful which made me relaxed and made the whole experience very pleasurable and stress free. She treated my home as if it was her own and made superb efforts to make my dream into reality! Thank you <3
A nicely laid out showroom and really helpful staff!
Great range of tiles, cabinetry and blinds for your new house or renovations. Pre-booking an appointment is highly recommended as they are very busy, but feel free to have a look around at your leisure.
Originally directed here as part of the builders preferred supplier but have been back twice more due to the service, range of tiles and continual ready supply of tiles even in this day and age. I am the furthered from an interior designer but the staff are and they are more than happy to spend the time and effort with me deciding through choices and happy to offer opinions and other suggestions when asked. I won't go anywhere else
Had an appointment on a Saturday to choose tiles for our new build! From our first greeting at the door we immediately felt welcome! We were offered tea, coffee or water and then was taken to our appointment. Kate was our consultant. She was very warm and very accomodating to my mother in law who was in a wheelchair, bringing samples down to her height to look at and making suggestions to cater to our wants. Even though tile choosing can be an overwhelming experience she made us feel as comfortable as possible, joining in on our banter and finding common ground! I would recommend Kate for anybody who needs someone who will make things as easy as possible for you and to make the experience fun! She is definitely an asset to your team and we would like to pass on our many thanks and appreciation!
My dealings with the Tile Boutique in Osborne Park was a seamless transition from start to finish. There was no shortage of ladies wanting and willing to help us. Kathy Sant'Ana was the lady looking after us. Kathy was brilliant, with her welcoming demeanour it was obvious from the start that we were dealing with someone who was a people person and who also knew her product well, Kathy was so helpful with her advice and allowed us samples to take home so we could view the tile in situ. Then i went to the ware house to collect my order and it was a complete replica of what i had experienced at the showroom. This is a very well run business, who want to build relationships with there customers, which provides happy employees, and in turn a lot of happy customers. I highly recommend this business, you will not be disappointed.

Mind blowing show room and customer service, Gaye was amazing.
Friendly, helpful staff I went in to pick up a sample today for a client and had to take my 3 and 1 year old with me. Tannaya greeted me on arrival and immediately helped by finding a consultant for me and guiding my 3 year old to the children's room, setting her up with colouring and a movie. When I had to leave and little miss 3 didn't want to stop watching Frozen, Tannaya asked if she could give her a chocolate - this helped avoid a meltdown and Tannaya was thoughtful enough to offer to fill up my daughters water bottle so she had cold water for the car trip home. Tannaya went above and beyond and was so lovely - thank you again for making my life easier and making a boring trip for a little girl fun!
Amazing service - and we haven't even placed an order... YET!! Walked in on a busy Saturday to be met by the owner of all people! He was happy, thoughtful and couldn't do enough to help. I've just been back in today for a favour and was greeted by a super friendly and helpful concierge lady, the owner again came down to ensure i was getting what i needed and then the storeman at the warehouse could not have been more friendly and helpful also... regardless of what tiles we eventually choose.. i can't help buy lean towards the ones from The Tile Boutique-Osb Pk just because i want to deal with these people again!
