Okay I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. Doesn’t matter tiles, carpets, plumbing, if you go to a home decor place on the weekend you WILL be waiting. Customers ask a million questions and if they rush they get pinned for bad customer service. Either way they lose.. be more understanding... If you can help it head over during the week. Take a sick day or something... As for the store the range is decent, better than the Myaree store that’s for sure. We were first home builders and didn’t know what to expect but the team here were as helpful as they could possibly be. They tried to explain things as clear as possible to us styles, costs, availability, process etc And yes we went on a Saturday just had to wait. The only thing I think that would help is a number system so that staff will know who’s been waiting longer etc.

Antoni at Crosby Osbourne park is an absolute professional. His customer service is second to none. If he was my Employee, I would really look after him. Today he helped me put together my dream. Thanks Antoni you're a superstar!!

If you are a first home buyer, you would expect the staff to help you where to start and select the tiles from, but from this store do not expect much, I literally went to deck to ask for help but the lady looks like the manager was busy sorting some paperwork which was her priority instead assisting us and you litrelly get the assistance after 15min which was not helpful. But you definitely get few reminder about the trading hours. you will see the staff out of the place 5min before the closing hours. Wouldn't recommend this store.

Very poor service....we are first home buyers and were referred to Crosbys by our builder. The service was very poor and rushed, we went there a couple of times hoping that perhaps things would get better unfortunately no one had time 4 us. We were lucky enough to come across Swan Ceramics which had beautiful tile selection and the staff there were very helpful and patient. I would not recommend Crosbys to my friends and family.
