The service was pretty good but I am really disappointed with their product range “Idea”. We bought all of our fittings here for both bathrooms including two idea vanity cabinets thinking that we are investing into quality products that would last for many years. Little did we know that what looked to be a ceramic top was a mineral marble top. The duration of this material after four months is worse than that of a school lunch box. It scratched right away, with any staining to it resulting in a permanent damage eg mascara . When I called the store I was told that of course that is the case with this material. This was news to me! My question is why sell it as a premium Italian made product where they know it doesn’t last?!! bathrooms are meant for every day use! We paid a premium but got rubbish instead. Now we have a newly renovated home with a scratched vanity which will need replacing.

Wide range of quality products. Pricey, but well - have I mentioned "quality"? For sure not a place for someone who's after cheap chinese stuff.
