Amazing service. In 16 years I have never had to phone a supplier after-hours until last week. We phoned Tom at 10.30pm and he got out of bed to help us in a time of need. We required a specialist fitting to assist in isolating a big strata main. Tom was able to provide us with the correct parts and we were able to re-store water to over 200 homes by midnight that same night. 5 star service.
We are delighted to have an amazing relationship with a supplier who delivers on time and offers the most amazing customer service.
