From our first visit to the showroom we felt confident we had come to the right place to replace all of our internal doors. We were given the input we were looking for to help make decisions on what would best meet our needs and best suit our home. The price was considerably less than we’d been quoted elsewhere. Everything was completed within 2 weeks of our visit to the showroom and the installer was amazing! We’re thrilled with our new doors and thoroughly recommend Door Stop.
Nico was my sales rep and he was amazing. Very welcoming when I went to Osborne Park Store, and after having a bad experience with 2 different companies, he helped me with what I needed. The whole team at Door Stop were very Professional and understanding. Loretta was so lovely she helped me with everything. Would definitely recommend Door Stop again to friends and family. Excellent customer service.
I had my bifold doors installed by Door Stop and they did an excellent job of it. Their service was impeccable as well. Laurette was very responsive and assured me the doors would be installed in a short period of time. It was installed on time by Nick who also did a very professional job. Enjoying my doors every day. Good on you guys. Would definitely recommend Door Stop to everbody.
A very disappointing experience unfortunately. Door Stop left the job as attached in the picture. I cannot fathom how red flags were not raised when the door was erected beyond and above the existing door frame. When my concerns were raised, I was met with zero accountability or customer service from their staff. The builders who I had to employ to fix Door Stops work were shocked at the state Door Stop had left their work in. I would not recommend Door Stop for their door install services.
Their display room in Osborne Park is lovely. They provided great service and staff were accommodating and friendly. The installation was easy to organise and the tradesman was professional and highly skilled. He did an excellent job. We love our new front door. So happy we chose Door Stop. Thank you.

If your looking for a new front door, look no further than DOOR STOP in Osborne Park. A great range of Doors to choose from. Thank you for our lovely new front door! We received professional and friendly service. Our house is over 30 years old and the ladies in the Sales Team here really know what their talking about. The process from start to finish surpassed our expectations. The time frame for installation 4 weeks. They kept their word. The carpenter was fantastic, he kept us informed of his arrival time. Attention to detail was unbelievable and he even cleaned up after himself. Thanks Stewart. Please note: A word of advice do not use the cheap Doors Plus in Balcatta The rude Indian has no idea how to treat customers and he takes wrong measurements.
This is the second time Doorstop have installed Bifold doors for us in the last 5 years. They are an excellent company from the enquiry stage to install and beyond. Nikko was brilliant and provided excellent help and advice pre installation. The installers attention to detail did not go unnoticed and we are thrilled with the finished result. We would highly recommend the team at Doorstop.
