Have dropped into Box 6017 a few times for theirs WOD's. They are unlike other Crossfit gyms, really friendly, big focus on mobility and technique - not just smashing a workout session in. Coaches were super helpful for a beginner and the members made me feel welcome. Will definitely be back!
Most amazing atmosphere you'll ever experience in a cross fit box, everyone is so encouraging weather your the fittest,strongest, or brand new it doesn't matter. The coaches are well experienced and always approachable, not to mention they love a good hard workout!
Box 6017 is a great facility, with superb coaches who really know their stuff, and plenty of amazing people!! I'm proud to be part of a community that is welcoming and tailored to suit all levels of fitness. Great job guys!
After initially struggling to get in touch, i attended a few classes. They were great, such a friendly atmosphere, and suitable for all fitness levels. Would recommend for anyone looking to try crossfit.
Great facilities great coaching!!! I dropped in to a 9:30 class and was immediately welcomed and given a tour! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling or living in the area. Workout kicked my butt after a long travel day. Exactly what I needed.
Had the pleasure of competing in the October 2016 Festivus Games at box 6017. Well organised and friendly people. Would recommend the place to anyone wanting a great place to train with a like minded crew.
I dropped into CrossFit Osbourne Park. I was pretty impressed with the focus on mobility at this box. I learnt a thing or two. I had the opportunity to do 2 WODs and really enjoyed the workouts at those friendly box.
Great well equipped gym with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a little hard to find first time, but if you're looking for something a little different to the standard type of gym it's definitely somewhere I'd reccomend.
This Box is simply Tops ... Have you ever had that experience like you just suddenly found yourself on an open stage with no idea what you were really meant to do .... that was me a little over 6 months ago when i walked into the box 6017 ... at first i never had any idea of what i was going to do on that stage ... as i gathered up some courage i realised it was right where i needed to be, with highly trained and supportive staff and members there supporting me every step of the way ..teaching me everything i needed to know about crossfit and learning to accept the challenges that i could not face alone ..... today i couldn't imagine my life without them in it , they have helped me in so many ways to become a better version of me ... stronger than yesterday yes indeed and helped me to accept the challenges that i thought i could not take . Suddenly that open stage begins to feel like that stage was set for you and what you decide to do on it is really up to you ... crossfit osbourne park @box 6017 there's simply no better place to be ... the staff are amazingly amazing ...as with the members the facility is to tops... so gather up some courage and give it a go ....
