Great service helped through the whole process getting my car back on the road after an accident, very helpful and good communication between myself and other parties. If I have any issues in the future I'll be visiting Gemini for sure. 10/10 for service.
My insurer gave me the option to repair at a few different places however most are in full capacity and I was expected to wait 3 months or more before work can even commence. Gemini Osbourne park was able to take my repair in a short notice. I was skeptical to use them at first due to some of their negative google reviews. Now that I got my car back today I must say a lot of those negative reviews aren’t justified, I believe a lot of them were made up nonsense because people got impatient. Those guys really went above and beyond on the work they did to my vehiclewindscreen replacement, panel beating and repainting They fixed my car within their original estimatewas only slightly delayed for 3 days, on top of that, all the work carried out was of highest standards, they even detailed and removed many of the significant scratches that was not part of their original scope of work. Car was presented to me in washed and polished condition inside and out. The paint job and panel work was excellent, they didn’t just patch it up, they colour matched and repainted the whole panel. So far so good, and I’m grateful for their work which made my car look brand new againServices: Painting
These people are scamming and fraudulent low life’s. I was speaking with Dale and Sam and can confirm Since owning my VE SS since 2011 never been to a shop that lies and tries to scam you as much as Sam and Dale. Sue has no idea and not sure if lying or just incompetent with her receptionist work. 8-10 weeks later my car is worse off than it was before being sent to this so called company. If your with AAMI like I was you will be given no option where you would like your car fixed. If I knew about Gemini’s scamming, lying and fraudulent activities would have stayed clear. Don’t know how they are getting away with this legally.Services: Electrical
They get parts from the east when we have them here So my car will take 3 months plus to get it back. Sad when you can't support WA business. Ask when its ready and get where waiting on parts. SAD.
Hit a roo and AAMI had the car fixed up through Gemini. Took about a month for parts but once they arrived the fix was around a week. Quality of work is high. Car looks new, paint colour matched well. Happy with the results. Thanks.

Dodgy company. Takes forever to fix the car through insurance. Their mechanics try and fraud the system by taking months to access your vehicle so they can make a hefty claim on the insurance company by reasoning that it took long time to be fixed. Please please don't take your car there. This is a fraud business. Absolute scam.
Very bad customer service. Other party insurance which was ammi and insurance send me car to them and next day they called and said my car is stolen and i have to claim from insurance and they cant help me with anything.
Though there was some delay to get our car repaired due spare part having to arrive from the east coast, they kept me posted. The work done is really good as well. They walked me through all the work done. Had a good experience
Every time I look at my car , I want to give 1 star. They will trick you until you give up .. Absolutely not recommended
