Amazing pet store for fish and small animal products. I got my fish a huge new tank for half price! The staff are so helpful and genuinely seem happy to be at work and to help you with your animals. Defiantly would recommend! EDIT 1/12/18 Went in to buy some hermit crabs despite my boyfriends disapproval haha! and the lady who helped me out was amazing! I’m pretty certain her name was Natasha, but apologises if that’s wrong, she was so incredibly helpful and wanted me to have the perfect set up for my new babies. I will not go to another pet store, 10/10 for service and quality of the animals! *If you agree with my review please give me a thumbs up! *
Staff are friendly and knowedgable, I love talking to the birds like a crazy old bird man. They have a huge range of feed, treats and toys and a large selection of everything else you could need for you let including a place to wash you doggo.
Condition of the free DIY dog wash is a lot better than what I expected. Warm water, good pressure, clean tub. Very friendly staff as well.
I went in to check out the bettas today. Never have I been so disgusted in the way they are being cared for. 1/3 were dead, the other 3rd were all covered in velvet due to bad water conditions and the ones that were left are looking like they will soon be like either of the other 2 groups. So sad! Would hate to see how they treat the rest of their live stock!
I buy here for dogs, cats and birds. Great range of products and accessories, and even greater food options. The best part of the experience is the friendly and knowledgeable staff though. These guys really know their stuff. And they’ve always made my visits fun and chatty.
The lady at the counter helped me to fit out my puppy with a good harness even though he wasnt being very easy to work with. Great customer service. Great work, keep it up.
Nicest bunch of staff. Caitlin has helped me on multiple occasions and has been amazing and kind and Natasha is just a pleasure to talk to and very friendly : both amazing staff !

Friendly staff, great prices on all stock pets are very much welcome. Has free dog washing facilities. Will definitely be going back in the future!
