What a wonderful experience! Our desired rug was especially ordered but it took a little longer than expected to arrive but customer satisfaction kicked in when we were offered the option to purchase a far superior rug for the same price! I can’t stop raving about this place - I have never seen such a variety in rug types and sizes in their shop, all at very reasonable prices. You’ll definitely find the rug that you’re looking for here. We’re going back next month to buy some runners!

Our experience with Mayne Rugs and Flooring was excellent! It took my wife and I ages to make our minds up and after trying 2 rugs it was the 3rd one which worked for us. The service was excellent throughout the process! After trying 4 other rug stores previously we would recommend this store to anyone. The staff made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in and also anwsered all my questions, even the difficult ones all whilst making us feel as though we were all friends. Thank you to the staff at Mayne Rugs and Flooring. Next time we need a rug or flooring we shall be coming back to your store.

Would not recommend Mayne Flooring & Rugs to anyone. One would think that a rug costing over $2000 should last longer than two years. Mayne Rugs and Flooring are not even interested in inspecting the defective rug, let alone replying to emails. A claim through the legal system seems to be a necessity with Mayne Rugs and Flooring.
