The team at Autospark Osborne Park are a close knit, family orientated business. The service is friendly and cooperative. I was capable of doing the job myself yet; due to my own time constraints, chose to offload the work. The Autospark team over the phone sounded competent and shared the same idea of the work involved and the time it would take. I was happy with the competitive hourly rate quoted and booked. The vehicle was originally in their premises for longer than expected. The quality of the work performed was satisfactory but the finish wasn’t perfect. I had suspected that the job was simply rushed due to the vehicle being deprioritised and missing the delivery time for handover. EDIT – From this point the review has been amended from a 3 star rating. This is where Tim firmly placed himself as a standout 5 star business owner. He made contact a few days later to enquire about customer satisfaction. The result of the call was Tim requesting the return of the vehicle to the shop and the job was finished to the highest of standards and expectations. The professionalism and customer service was first class when handling this situation and from my experience this sets them apart as a true business leader in their trade. I can confidently say that the original finish quality was not a representative indication of the overall workmanship and quality produced at Autospark Osborne Park. The team show an attention to detail and pride in their work that would leave even the most discerning customer very impressed. Thanks guys! I’ll be back again.

Autospark has always provided me with outstanding service by its friendly owner and staff for years and years. They have kept my FTO sports car in perfect running order. I can highly recommend that you are having your car(s) looked after it by Autospark, Osborn Park too.

Outstanding service at a reasonable price. I had not used this company before consulting them about an air conditioning problem with my 4 WD. They were professional, helpful explained each step of the process and completed the job on time at a reasonable price which was considerably less than the vehicle manufacturer. While waiting on my vehicle I witnessed the interaction between Tim the service manager and a number of customers and. It was a joy to behold. It was a pleasure to do business with this company. They will get all my vehicle servicing in future and i have no hesitation in recommending them to others..

These guys work is top notch, witnessed for myself the professional work they do against really crappy electrical work that they were replacing. Tim and the team he has working for him are great and any electrical work that i need done will be getting done here. Will take the time and effort to check over everything in the car to make sure it leaves the workshop in the bets condition it will be in.
