Been in this store a number of times and always find the staff super friendly and helpful. They inquire what you need and advise you what is best - and it’s not about the more expensive sale. They also take time to explain how to care for the products.nBig shout out to Leanne - who assisted us with our many queries and the great pan exchange!
Leanne was quite professional and helpful. The store staffs all of them are quite professional. We loved the utensils, definitely a bit more than we thought for the pricing but it’s good in terms to quality.
I used the Pasta Making Machine 150mm only once for about five minutes and was really disappointed. I tried to return it, but they refused because it had been used. The seller was also quite rude, which made the experience even worse.nnHow am I supposed to know if this machine is right for me without trying it? The seller said they only accept returns if it’s faulty, but that’s not fair. Most stores let you return a product and get your money back if you’re not happy with it.nnOverall, I wasn’t satisfied or happy with this purchase at all. Definitely not recommended.
Very “selective” customer service here. I walked around the store for around 20 minutes with no help or acknowledgment from any staff. I did notice however a couple getting plenty of help from several staff members, they left with several bags of purchased items.nnWhen I went to the counter for help, the staff member at the counter was chatting and literally said in front of me “I’d better deal with this customer… “ I left the store empty handed and disappointed.
Great service today, just didn't have the colour of coffee tumbler I was looking for. Their website just needs a little TLC in regards to stock levels.
