STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRIENDLY LOOKING PEOPLE! We ordered and they got me to pay in full before proceeding to send the product to my place, but just the day before installation, they let me know that they had missed this order, asking me to just hanging there for the update, while I had already removed all the old floorings and moved out the furniture…All the friendly and warm approaches disappeared right after I placed my order and paid in full! they did not even answer my calls and texts afterwards when what I was asking was a simple update! when I reached Steve with an unknown number, he took the phone but hang off on me immediately! He was extremely rude and disrespectful during this unpleasant experience, taking no responsibility for their fault while my kids had to live on the cement for few weeks!!! AWEFUL EXPERIENCE...
Russell thank you for going the extra mile for us. You really helped us out of a tricky spot with our investment properties and worked hard solving our problems by working within our tight timelines. You sourced the exact timber we were after and managed to secure the best prices by far in Perth. I could not even get engineered timber at the prices you managed to secure for us in solid wooden floors... and I rang a number of places before stumbling across you guys on facebook. I am so glad I did and you will always have my business ongoing when working with timber flooring. Your knowledge of timbers and clearly respect within the industry by how you could get trades in for us within a short time line showed we were in the right hands. I saw someone gave you a one star review on google, they must be soft in the head and it upset me so much I had to write one praising and supporting you guys. I had a fantastic experience in dealing with Steve and Russell at Wood Floor Warehouse when I purchased my timber floor with them. They were very knowledgeable on their product and their administration- and management process were exceptional. Easy to talk to, non pushy, they certainly under promised and over delivered in this instance. They took care of the whole process and gave me a floor that looks like a million dollars, at an unmatched price! Thank you Guys! You did more than GREAT! What is good experience!

I was overwhelmed with choosing the right flooring until I dropped in to your store and started talking to you. Your pricing was exceptional along with your service, such a gentleman. I would highly recommend your company to anyone.
A great place to get decent timber floors with good information and advice. We received a high quality customer service with quick and positive responses to a couple of issues along the way. The Store Manager Steve coordinated the complete job of about 350m2 right from advising on the type of wood, finishes, price, supply and laying of beautiful Blackbutt solid wood floors.
Absolutely do NOT go through Russell when purchasing your flooring here.He is extremely rude and unprofessional and will give the sales pitch and NOT provide you with an honest service. Because of him I am now $800 out of pocket! Make sure you only go through Steve! Shame on you Russell.....shame on you!!
Most informed business dealing i've had in quite a while. Owner has been in the industry all his life, knew everything about it and come across as honest and not pushy as well.
I waited for a salesperson for 10 min; no one came to talk to me, so I bought my floor somewhere else. I guess they don't want to make money.
