Actual customer service by knowledgable staff and quality tools on offer, not cheap rubbish.

Bought a few items from here recently and quite impressed. Good range and prices are comparable. Only advice would be " dont be afraid to ask a question or ask for another team members advice." I found one of the sales staff very friendly and eager but not necessarily the most knowledgeable or willing to offer you the best options to suit your task and hip pocket.

Nice big floor with just about every type of tool you can think of. They didn't have much of a range of brands for the tool I was looking for but the staff were helpful.

I have spent thousands at Toolmart Osborne Park over the years and they have always been very helpful, however since the move to the new store I have found the staff unwilling to help and at times rude. I recently called to enquire about spare parts for a machine I bought through them and was told "You'll have to do what we would do and look online for the parts". There is also a lack of sales service on the shop floor. In future i will consider buying my tools online. Very disappointing Toolmart OP.
