They tend to have a good range of products, pricing is ok. I find the service is very variable. The different departments are operated by different companies and this I think leads to some issues, for example I find the bedroom furniture and it areas poor

Went to exchange a product with instructions to bring my old card number used for purchase and the part that had broken. We were unable to make the return because the phone customer support failed to tell us that we needed to bring every single part of the failed product. We are also unable to return the product at any other Harvey Norman shop. The company seems to have poor support and returns are difficult. Time wasting and frustrating to say the least.

what a waste of time buying tv from this store. In case your new tv stops working, forget that they ll arrange someone to get it fixed. You ll have to call relevant company

Electrical department simply the poorest service in or out of Australia. Neville from electrical should NOT have any interaction with public. He is a disgrace.
