I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to mention the girl at the front door, Anushka, who made my visit to Kmart Innaloo a really positive one. I asked her where to find a kitchen item and her directions were clear and accurate, so I found it straight away. She was friendly and genuinely helpful, and as I was leaving we had a nice conversation while she remained attentive to customers exiting the store.nnStaff at this store are usually quite rushed and not always very friendly, so this really stood out. Anushka is a great representative of the store and deserves recognition for her customer service.
came in yesterday, looking for a tamagotchi connection for my son, as i was told this store had them from an employee at another store. Spent 5 minutes looking for it, couldn't find it so i went to look for staff members, after 20 minutes of looking around i found a group of employees standing around in a circle talking about their weekend, they ignored me, didnt offer to help and scampered away when i asked them where i can find a manager. So i went to the service desk that was backed up, with no serving anyone, had to walk into the back behind the counter and whistle at the chatting staff members to remember that they are at work. Once the service desk decided to serve people instead of talking about their plans for Australia day night, i got told they could find my product out back, which then the employee walks out the back, chatted to his mates more and comes back 2 seconds later saying it's not there, by now the store was closing and i wasted 30 minutes of my time, basically managing your employees. Check your cctv between 5pm-6pm Australia day, walked in there and thought that you guys were closed and just forgot to turn the lights off, never seen a store so poorly managed in my entire life.
I had the most pleasant encounter with a staff member, Sophie. Very kind and helpful, incredibly personable thought she was a model at first, then I saw the Kmart staff clothing Might come back just to talk to her again. She deserves a raise asap.
Absolutely terrific customer service from the young lady Asha at the service desk. I called the store seeking reassurance with an online order, not only did she provide me with reassurance but she provided me with a solution and fixed my issue entirely for me. She was very understanding and patient with me. Big thanks to her
Dear Kmart Customer Service Team,nnI am writing to raise a complaint regarding an air fryer I purchased yesterday from the Kmart Innaloo store.nnAfter returning home and opening the package, I noticed that the air fryer appeared to be in used condition. The bucket was greasy, which was very disappointing and concerning for a product sold as new. Additionally, when I turned the air fryer on, it displayed an error and did not function at all.nnThis has been a very unpleasant experience, as I expected a new and fully working product.
