Absolutely useless click & collect service. Ordered 2 small items at 9am, that were in stock as i checked the website first and still wasnt ready by the end of the day at 9pm, even though the items were on the display rack. Somebody was just too lazy to actually action my order.
Worst customer service by Tash at the self serve registers today - needed help as the register required an authorisation, she was emptying coat hanger bins and I approached her and asked for help…as she huffed towards the register she stated “ this isn’t my job” to which I replied, you work for Kmart right? and she said again, it’s not my job, to which again I asked her if she worked for Kmart - she was rude in her demeanour and just clearly didn’t want to be there and made some remark back that didn’t quite hear. Yuck experience - 1 star
I've been updating the decor in my house over the last week & I found everything I needed, & more, here at Kmart.nI love their Homewares Dept, especially the beautiful cushions I purchased.nI updated some of my dinning, loungeroom & even the bedrooms with new Comforter Sets & new round floor rugs.nCushions, table runners, placemats, candles, coasters, artificial plants & pots, kitchen wares, bedrooms, rugs, baskets. They've got it all!!nnEven our dog & cat got new beds & coats!nnNot forgetting I scored some bargains on clothing which I didn't intend on buying .nGreat PLUS SIZE fashion.nnI enjoyed my experience at Kmart, preferred it to Ikea.nnStore has a good layout & Good customer service nThe only criticism I have is that they wouldn't answer their phone when I called several times to enquire about a product.
The old lady Caroline and brown haired Chloe both so rude and unhelpful, Chloe would not help me at the printer machine and looked down on me as if i was too dumb to understand anything. Caroline is like a grandmother who is rude and angry and looks like she should have retired a century ago.
