I would like to thank sales associate Dani at Kmart Innaloo for her excellent customer service. My dog had chewed the tough stain tool of my multipurpose spot cleaner, so I visited the store to check if they sold the part separately. Unfortunately, they didn’t but to my surprise, Dani offered me a brand new multipurpose spot cleaner, even though I didn’t have the purchase receipt. Thank you again for the outstanding support.
Today, 17th April 2025, I was pleasantly greeted by a young man, whose friendliness and energy made me feel really good. I noticed he showed everyone the same friendliness. It made my time at Kmart better and I would like him to know that he is appreciated by the customers, the store manager and HR. Thank you, Michele
Staff always try their best despite being understaffed and overworked, giving great service regardless. The store is often messy with items in the wrong place, put under the wrong tag, again due to lack of staff. Products are great though, always offering great value for money and sweetened by forgiving refund policies. They do their best with what they’re given.
Why are all the Kmart long sleeve workout tops all so tiny like crop tops don’t they know that not everyone who wants to work out is the size of a 12 yr old girl, women with weight around their stomachs actually want to work out, your long sleeve work out tops in store are all tiny and it shows on your website too. They’re all cropped! I need a long sleeve LOOSE FITTING work out top. Not something like swimming material that sticks to every roll with some more roll hanging out the bottom and sides! And I am not obese I am 157cm tall and only 60kilos and they still don’t fit!! Get your act together.
I have never left a bad review before as I also work in customer service and know what it can be like, but I was completely taken aback by my experience today. I was checking out through self serve and went to an empty checkout that had the green light. As I got there, I saw there were items scanned up on the screen. I turned to look for the worker to ask if someone was already using it. Before I could even say anything , the worker rolled her eyes at me, brought an out of order sign and slammed it down on checkout in front of me, and walked off without a word. All the while chewing gum in the most obnoxious manner ifykyk. Not even an attempt to say something like “hey sorry, this one is out of order at the moment if you don’t mind waiting for another”. Even if you’re not having a good day or honestly you just hate your job, it’s literally not that hard to make an attempt to be polite to customers. Shorter, female blond worker with a plait, I think the name was Rosie or similar. Please - you don’t want people like this representing your store.
