Today I had to get a photo printed, not being Tech Savvy. Layton the staff member, was so helpful. Layton has the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. Very patient, kind and understanding. I got the required outcome! Thank you Layton all your help was very much appreciated.
5 stars to Brendan/Brendon in Customer Service on Sat 29.10.22. He was a helpful, polite, patient problem solver working with an otherwise uninterested team. As a long line for click & collect and returns stood waiting most of the staff disappeared
3 out of 4 items I wanted not in stock. Two that werent. Said on the computer they were. Waste of time to go in to the store. Rang 3 times to double check. No one answered the phone. Rang continuously for 1 hour. Now I have to go in again to go through this all over. Get some staff, update your systems and pick up your phones. Youre wasting everyones time.
Went to innaloo kmart today to buy something and when I went through the checkout it scanned at a different price I then was told that is the price I just didn't look properly. I said fair enough. I went back had another look double checked the model number against the ticket yep sure enough I was correct. I asked for assistance and the assistant came and scanned it and said the tickets haven't been changed and took them all off in front of me and then said the price is the price. I would have still bought the product if they had just matched the price. Could not add a photo because I didn't think to take a picture before asking for help. So far the worst experience I've had in a kmart.
Click and collect ridiculously slow. Only one person servicing click and collect when there’s others at least a few others doing returns and at the door.. especially during the busy Christmas period. And you had to pick the slowest person to do the click and collect… Please put an additional person for click and collect assistance..
It was very nice I was surprised. To see so many new products and very inexpensive. I really went to the. Moon and over bought things a total kitchen revamp
I’ve been accused of stealing twice from here, which isn’t true. Just because I’m wearing a bag and I have an old Kmart lipbalm or something in there, doesn’t mean I’ve nicked it. Rude staff, especially the girl with long brown straight hair.
Very hard to get hold on phone. When you check for store stock, kmart recommends to contact the store. Unfortunately, from our experience, nobody picked up the phone.
Poor service year after year, no staff answer the phones, whenever I need to call layby or printing the phones ring out for over an hour. This happenes all throughout the year. It's incompetent by staff to hear phones ringing amd ignore them. Customer service is poor.
I'm getting absolutely sick to death of NO ONE answering the phones !!! Then you wait for ages only to have the phone automatically hung up on you as it rings out !!!! Then to top it off you have to SERVE YOURSELF!!!! at the register!!!!!! You should have at least ONE worker serving people!!! It's an utter disgrace!!! The other day the self service lady wasn't even there to help people and we had to call her over !!!
