I don’t normally write reviews unless they’re truly warranted. Jude in the photo department was quite simply awesome. Smart, patient and extremely customer focused. Made my customer experience enjoyable and most importantly friendly. Thank you Jude, you’re a complete credit to Kmart in Innaloo. Thank you for all your help and I wish you all the best.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to mention the girl at the front door, Anushka, who made my visit to Kmart Innaloo a really positive one. I asked her where to find a kitchen item and her directions were clear and accurate, so I found it straight away. She was friendly and genuinely helpful, and as I was leaving we had a nice conversation while she remained attentive to customers exiting the store.nnStaff at this store are usually quite rushed and not always very friendly, so this really stood out. Anushka is a great representative of the store and deserves recognition for her customer service.
Around 11-11:30am today I was assisted by a lovely young lady at the Kmart checkouts. I didn’t catch her name, but she had beautiful dark hair, eyelash extensions. I was looking for a top and she called another team member to have a look. While I waited, we had a lovely conversation about her studies.nUnfortunately it wasn’t in stock, even though it said it was online, but she turned a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one. I just hope this review reaches her, as she truly made my day.
I was in the store to buy a new bra. With no help in sight, I went into the changing room and tried to fit the bra myself. I only had the garment half on when a child booted a basketball over the top of my stall. The ball bonked me on the head, and I stumbled out of the change room with the bra hanging from my wrist. I found myself completely exposed and in full view of a family of six. Overall, the bra was quite pretty, and I liked the lacework. Might get another in the black. Good range of bras and sports equipment. The store is near Priceline FYI.
Staff didn’t want a bar of anyone, went to three different staff members with a smile politely asking for help. Two directed me to the wrong area, and the third actually told me what I wanted was behind the counter. Registers abysmally understaffed and no urgency or care from any staff I came across outside of the one who directed me to the right area.
