A big shout-out to Robyn in the printing area.nnI submitted an online print job which was due for completion on a particular day. Having not heard anything, I contacted Officeworks and was put through to Robyn, who made some suggestions, as some binding product was unavailable, which I was happy with, and my printing was finished on time and to a high standard.
there are so many young useless employees who look like they just got the job. they do not help at all. I came for a ring light, tripod and macbook to edit my content, but no one was able to assist me. three stars given as the young guy on the door actually took the time in helping me, was quite friendly, good customer service, and interested helping with my content.
Doesn't take returns for store credit without a receipt. I get a lot of online orders and I wanted to return some of their Burrows brand laminating pouches that only Officeworks sells because they are terrible quality. I was going to buy the Fellowes brand but it was 84 dollars and only 24.95 on Amazon. Did the price beat thing and at least got the 5 percent off Amazon price... Prices on everything in Officeworks seem to astronomically high. I think I won't be doing anymore orders here!
