OMG the staff in the print shop work so hard under pressure - they deserve 5 stars!! Management you get zero stars for not providing an appropriate level of resources or basic workflows. Waiting for others so long just to collect a print that’s already paid for. Back to the end of the queue whilst it actually prints. Arghh!! Step up management. Great job workers!
Got an A2 poster printed for uni. Went and collected it and the colours weren't right. Came home to check I hadn't done anything wrong. I hadn't. Went back to store. Waited over half an hour to speak to someone at the print desk. Female employee couldn't care less. Didn't apologize for the unacceptable wait. Said it was the fault of the paper, the printer was down so couldn't reprint it and that there's only one person on the desk after 6pm. No solution offered. Asked for a refund and left. A week ago I bought a new iPhone there and multiple staff had no idea what was going on. Go elsewhere at all costs!!! Update: Got the poster printed at the Belmont store and it was perfect. :
Visited officework in Osborne Park to buy a laptop and ended up waiting almost an hour just to be served, even though it wasn’t busy at all when I arrived. The staff were polite, but the wait time was definitely longer than expected. Hopefully they can improve the efficiency and customer service experience in the future.
Doesn't take returns for store credit without a receipt. I get a lot of online orders and I wanted to return some of their Burrows brand laminating pouches that only Officeworks sells because they are terrible quality. I was going to buy the Fellowes brand but it was 84 dollars and only 24.95 on Amazon. Did the price beat thing and at least got the 5 percent off Amazon price... Prices on everything in Officeworks seem to astronomically high. I think I won't be doing anymore orders here!
