Service customer is definitely not their priority number 1. One staff working behind the counter and 5 other flaffing around. Once it get to your turn then it becomes hard to find the order and you get 2 extra staff members coming and asking for the order number which was provided already twice... Cherry on yop of the cake. You get the order which is packed in a box 5 times bigger than the actual items... they're a joke. What made me write this review is mainly due to the nonchalant person I spoke with before lining up.
Craig’s customer service was exceptional! Our small click and collect order hadn’t been picked yet, but he was all too happy to accommodate. Thank you, Craig!
Always have what I need and there is always plenty of staff around if you can't find something. Never any queues at the checkout and if there is, the friendly door greeter man will happily help and check you out on the spot with his portable EFTPOS machine. The photo/printing area is usually pretty busy at peak times. A suggestion would be for more copy/print stations as I always find these are in use and sometimes have to wait. Store is always clean and always fully stocked! Always a positive experience shopping at this Officeworks. It's extremely convenient just off Scarborough beach road, with a traffic light intersection allowing easy access compared to other places along this stretch of SCB Beach road - so much congestion which is why the intersection is great! Heaps of car parking and off street bays available. Keep up the amazing work Osborne Park
I haven't been unhappy with this store until now. This is how we just received our school booklist delivery, as you can see all of the items could have fit in one box, instead they packed it in SEVEN BOXES. Literally one of the boxes had 1 SHARPIE IN IT! Absolutely shameful in a world where we are trying to be sustainable.
The service at printing counter is slow as snail. I was there to print just 1 photo was a bigger size so couldn’t use self print thing and had to wait like an hour for it in line not because there were many people but the 2 people at the counter were basically teaching how to operate an email to 2 elderly people. I feel for people who aren’t familiar with tech but if they want to help then there should be another customer service counter to help them out and not use regular counter. We have other things to do too. Everyone has a life.
