Got an A2 poster printed for uni. Went and collected it and the colours weren't right. Came home to check I hadn't done anything wrong. I hadn't. Went back to store. Waited over half an hour to speak to someone at the print desk. Female employee couldn't care less. Didn't apologize for the unacceptable wait. Said it was the fault of the paper, the printer was down so couldn't reprint it and that there's only one person on the desk after 6pm. No solution offered. Asked for a refund and left. A week ago I bought a new iPhone there and multiple staff had no idea what was going on. Go elsewhere at all costs!!! Update: Got the poster printed at the Belmont store and it was perfect. :
I would like to commend Ben from Officeworks Osborne Park for his outstanding customer service.nnBen was extremely supportive, patient, and helpful throughout my visit today. He took the time to assist me with my past purchase issue faulty printer and make sure I had everything I needed. What stood out most was his respectful, professional, and friendly attitude, which made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.nnThank you, Ben, for your excellent service. Officeworks is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member.
Fantastic experience at Officeworks! A big thank you to Sam, who made the time to come and help me with my printing, even though it was very busy, because she noticed I was struggling. She was very patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood. Amazing customer service!
OMG the staff in the print shop work so hard under pressure - they deserve 5 stars!! Management you get zero stars for not providing an appropriate level of resources or basic workflows. Waiting for others so long just to collect a print that’s already paid for. Back to the end of the queue whilst it actually prints. Arghh!! Step up management. Great job workers!
A big shout-out to Robyn in the printing area.nnI submitted an online print job which was due for completion on a particular day. Having not heard anything, I contacted Officeworks and was put through to Robyn, who made some suggestions, as some binding product was unavailable, which I was happy with, and my printing was finished on time and to a high standard.
