Congratulations, your abysmal corporate policy managed to successfully railroad me into an online purchase against my will. I just wanted to be able to phone in to the Osborne Park location and ask them to put aside a product so I could pay in cash at the register the next day. The IVR system condescendingly informed me about ordering online and I had to select an unrelated option to be routed to the store, but no-one bothered to pick up for more than ten minutes so I hung up. I resigned myself to having to do click and collect online, but there was no option to pay in cash at pickup - I was forced to enter my debit card details. I can tell this is the intended outcome and I find it repulsive, so future purchases will be directed to Amazon instead.
Robyn in the printing section of Osborne Park Officeworks seems to be the only conscientious staff member, she always is helpful and serves customers when there is a line, unlike other staff that always seem to ignore the fact of a long line waiting and walk off. Hats off to Robyn for being hardworking and always helpful. Thanks Robyn
Peter provided exceptional customer service when helping us purchase a new printer for our workplace. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. A true 5/5 experience! Highly recommend his assistance to anyone in need of expert advice and service.
Terrible customer service. The staff seem very unaware of what they even stock. Website shows stock online, the staff “oh maybe over there” “maybe here”. I said if he could look up the product code, ignored me. Just completely useless and they couldn’t seem to come across as any less interested if they tried. I get retail would be a depressing job but at least fake it that you are remotely interested in helping customers.
I am extremely disappointed with Officeworks’ policy on expired Print & Copy rechargeable cards. I had remaining funds on my card, only to be told that once the card expires, the balance is lost with no option to transfer it to a new card or get a refund. This is completely unfair and unacceptable.nnCustomers load money onto these cards expecting to use every dollar. There is absolutely no reason why Officeworks cannot allow unused balances to be transferred to a new card. Instead, they enforce a policy that effectively lets them take customers’ money without providing the service paid for.nnOfficeworks needs to do better. The right thing to do is allow customers to reuse their balance on a new card.nUntil they change this policy, I will reconsider using their services and encourage others to do the same!
