So disappointed by the products from this store. We purchased 8x Dining Chairs from the Australian range. We loved the idea that we could hand pick our design, fabrics and leg colours and that it would be made in Australia. They told us it would be a 4 month wait. The chairs came after 6 months after a number of calls and chasing up. To be fair, the chairs were being made in Sydney - which had gone into lockdown for a good part of this time. HOWEVER, when the chairs arrived 5 out of 8 were wobbly and unstable and some of the wooden legs had poor workmanship marks/chips. We probably would have received better quality products if we'd just gone for something made in Asia - and we wouldn't have had the 6 month wait. We issued a complaint with the Freedom Experience Team of which they have said we can use the chairs and they will remake and replace them but this will be another 25 week wait or we could get a refund or credit for the total price of the chairs, minus $100. With hindsight, we definitely would have purchased elsewhere or stayed well away from their 'Australian' range.
love the show room staffs, love the designs. Logistic needs a lot of improvement though. They don’t do unboxing nor putting at the place customer wants even you bought aud10k or you are senior citizen they don’t care. Delivery men just tell you, sorry it’s not our job. As much as I would love to buy from them but if delivery attitude does not change or no flexibility it’s really hard for old people to buy from you. On top of that, I received a damaged entertainment unit reported on the 8 December no one collect the unsightly damaged in my family hall until now and no update as well. Maybe can check before deliver? Keep my finger crossed for the recliner sofa that I am told it takes 17 weeks. I still need a lot of furnitures for my new place but this kind situation make me hesitate………
Horrible experience every time! Almost 3 years ago had to wait months and months for a freaking sofa to be delivered! Pathetic! Never got back to us for update! Last week decided to check this store out - NEVER AGAIN. Price tags are all mixed up and do not match the products. Very grumpy and not client oriented woman by the name Roxane. Maybe you should train your staff members how to talk to customers! And apparently they still have issues with delivery! Hahaha.
Live in Joondalup, recent previous experience trying to buy item at my local store resulted in my ringing Osborne Park store. Spoke to Shane, not only offered original price but opened delivery box to ensure item scratch free. Staff very friendly and provided great assistance. Impressed with stock and layout. Looking forward to shopping there again.
Absolutely robbed of $1000 . The mattress gave me sciatic pain after 1 nights sleep and then they wanted me to pay them to come and pick it up so I can have another bad mattress. The manager was very rude. Don't waste your money here like I did.
Terrible service. Went to a store tried to buy a bed frame, the store person told me that they have no stock and asked me to order online. Went back to home ordered it online the wait time shows 6 months. Every monthly they sent an email update saying still waiting for stock. Then after 3 months of waiting they called and said they’re unable to deliver the item I bought and I have to go back to store to get refund. Can’t even do it online. Totally wasting my time of waiting my order. Would never go back.
Hv the worst Nightmarish Experience with Freedom ! It’s ok to buy wares from them that u can carry along But if it’s heavy furniture that requires delivery than brace yr self to face problems And specially if u make a claim or want Customer service for the product Thy will harass you till u get a heart attack Thy don’t care coz thy hv put all the power in the hands of the Sydney office ! I’m fed up with them and the faulty bed is lying in my house since Nov 2022 which can’t be used & there is no sight of it being picked up and refund given Deal with them at yr own RISK
The minute we walked in we were greeted with the most welcoming smile and service by Alison. We had been shopping around however Alison went above and beyond helping us through out the process answering all our questions! This was our first time visiting Freedom, first impressions last!
Popped in on a Friday afternoon and was helped by their lovely stylist. Wish I had noted her name. Took the time to explain products and show how they could look in different areas. Look forward to returning.
Customer service is non-existent. Ordered a dining table that was shown as in stock and ready to collect. Reached out multiple times and have been ignored. After hearing nothing for 23 days received an email that the product ‘might’ be available in another 5 weeks time. Edit: Freedom continue this spiel about delays out of their control. It doesn’t address the fact that they ignore phone calls and emails outright.
