Went there to buy a mattress I had seen online. The staff members showed me it and also said they have a better one on sale at only a few dollars more, so I bought that one. I could pay with the staff member holding a tablet while standing beside the mattress. A very easy and quick system of viewing the product and paying. They even helped me carry the mattress to the car. Great service all round.
Amazing customer service from Alexandra when buying a couch yesterday. She was patient and kind and answered all our questions. She was able to check stock levels for the different couches we were interested in. Thanks to her help we bought a cute little couch!
Gary is a rockstar! I bought furniture with his advice and he never disappoints. I went there for the first time and told him why I am there and what I am looking for exactly. Without wasting time he showed me 10 different options and I bought 5 of them and things were sorted out in just half an hour. Best person to deal with at Amart Osborne Park! He will be my furniture guide will be forever! Thanks Gary!
I wish I could give this 0 stars. Ordered an entertainment unit that when I started building realised I couldn’t get past step 1. All the pilot holes were drilled in the wrong places so when you put it together nothing lines up. When I called I was hung up on twice then told to send photos. Then I called again and the first department didn’t send them the photos so I had to send again. Then I get an email from another person with no idea what the problem is. Asked to send photos a third time. Then offered a refund of 1/4 what I paid and to keep the faulty product. OR send it back wait another 2 weeks for another that will have the exact same defect. Terribly made products and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.
Bought from this store and recommended family too. Ideal for those looking for budget friendly options for furnishing new house. Got 2 BR & dining suite under 5K. Quality is also good and haven't had any problems yet purchased 3yrs ago
Very disappointing to be told by the salesman that we could have our $6K worth of furniture delivered in the afternoon. Only to receive a text at 7.30am saying they were delivering at 9am. How is this possible when we all work and wasn't given enough notice. The insult gets worse when the female manager explains we now need to pay an additional $99 to have it delivered another day and we will need to wait for the text in the morning to advise when it might be delivered.
I ordered pillows on the 9th Sept and still waiting for them to arrive... I was not told at sale there would be such an extensive delay.. I have been to store 15th and checked after no contact, where I asked for a copy of my receipt which was never emailed after payment taken. Phoned today 28th might be in the truck due this weekend. Unhappy customer! I have not returned to buy the mattress I had found that day and since brought elsewhere.
Bought a couch, arrived with splinters all down the side from the wooden pallet the delivery drivers used. Ordered a second one, took 5 months to deliver and they didn't send the corner piece. Now we have to send photos of the couch to prove we didn't receive the corner piece. After waiting for 5 months and paying $4500 for both couches, I'd say that's pretty terrible customer service.
We have had the worst experience with Amart. Pushed our couch back for three months after an agreed delivery date. Now, we are supposed to get the couch today at 12.30 but now pushed out to 6pm. My partner took a day off work to ensure we got it but it was a waste of time. The worst store.
The stuff are very friendly and helpful thank you amat we will come again and we will recommend to all our friends
