After purchasing a mattress last Thursday form super Amart Osbourne park I just got my new mattress delivered today. I was excited and was looking forward to having a good night sleep tonight as my old one was getting a bit tired.nAfter the two workers delivered my new mattress I asked them to take my old one away like arranged, he looked at me and said no. Sir no Unfortunately it was not on our list of mattresses to be picked up. It must be a mistake ?nI said I don’t understand this must be a mistake please wait while I get my receipt. So after arguing and showing him my receipt from super Amart Osborne park he still refused.nI give up nI asked if he could wait until I called super amart Osbourne park to find out what's happening they said unfortunately we really really have to go! we can’t wait so i asked the driver to call his boss and fix this mistake but I could see they were In a hurry and needed to go.nThey could have taken it After pleading and asking to call their boss again but No!nI could see it wasn't there fault but nownThe old mattress is leaning against my wall in the entryway of my house and I have got guests coming over for dinner tonight @6:30pm I really don’t have anywhere else to put it being in a small town house.nIt now leans against my wall in the entrance way of my house. Until somebody helps me move it somewhere safe.nI'm Absolutely furious its not what I had planned after spending hard earned money $1400! On this mattress with free delivery and pickup included.nI kinda wish now I went somewhere else.nI went to 3 other bed places and all promised the same thing free delivery and pick up of my old one. Promised !! I purchased it understanding it will be taken away from my house the same day.nMichelle who sold it to me was lovely and very knowledgeable and also promised that it will be delivered and old one taken away same day.nnIt's Just not good enough super amart don’t make promise that you can’t keep somebody made a mistake today and delivery service was ordinary and lousy.
Total lack of integrity, as when we've purchased our chairs the warrantly was 10 years, inclusive of any material damage like peeling. This was confirmed by a Sales Representative on the day of purchase which was around 4 years ago. Also, when shown the photographs of the chairs the comments were that it is a faulty/defective material.nNow the warranty claim is rejected, the promise at the time of purchase is reneged on and we're left feeling betrayed by A Mart.nThe worst part of all is that the material ' normal wear and tear' has beed quoted as a major reason of the defect. Peeling material in areas of non-contact is a normal wear and tear?? I'll leave it to you to judge, see photos below.nAnyhow, my first and last time to deal with A Mart... and wish you luck if you choose to do so.
Bought this massive heavy outdoor day bed from this place. Was bought in March and that same year winter the bed started rusting everywhere. I took lots of pictures and emailed Amart. The company told me that they can't take liability on this and will not be able to help me at all!!!! They said I need to MOVE the furniture under cover during winter!!! The day bed is massive and is very heavy to move and due to the size can't be just fitted somewhere under cover either!! I was appalled by Amart!!! Their lack of care was seriously appalling!! I won't be returning and I tell everyone I know of this and not buy from this store.
Purchased recliner sofa from here. Friendly staff helped us to find the best product for us . Product was delivered not long after we purchased. But the sofa was quite bulky and couldn’t go through our door. And it was not their problem of course. So I had to figure out dismantled it and moved to inside
So disappointed with AMART. We brought the Pheobe Chaise Sofa in December and were told roughly two months til delivery. In the end it wasn’t delivered until May. I understand WA can have delivery delays so was very understanding despite false promises. As soon as the sofa arrived we started to unwrap it and immediately exclaimed the wrong color was delivered. After calling two separate times and being told there was no issue without even asking for pictures of the problem I decided to use their web chat. I spoke to a lovely lady called Brook who agreed the color is not right. A short 15 minutes later I got an email saying we have done a thorough investigation and there is nothing wrong. I asked for this to be escalated and have been ignored since then. My quarry is that they have edited the online pictures of the product to a point where the color is unrecognisable to the product they delivered. I ordered ‘beige’ and the true color is a light grey. The sofa doesn’t do with our house at all and I’m extremely upset and disappointed. Pictures for reference. I would avoid buying from here if you have the option to do so.
